I’d like to thank cbdfx for their swift response o my review, and for their resolution of my concerns.

I too ordered a bottle of gummies which came on March 13th 2026. It was a one time purchase ONLY - no subscription. . A month later - today April 13 - I received another bottle of gummies mailed from FULFILMENT CENTER in Tampa, FL and my credit card was charged. I tried to contact the California CBDFX but waiting and waiting online I was unable to get through to customer service so I emailed to explain.I have not heard back from them to date. I also tried to set up a return of the jar but according to their website they had no such order number that was quoted on an enclosed packing slip with the gummies. I again NEVER had a subscription. Seems to me to be a scam - possibly fraudulent. Very disappointed. And just to reaffirm 2 things. 1) on their website under my email it says categorically YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS' and 2) under MANAGE PAYMENTS METHODS it says YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PAYMENT METHODS' OK So how it is it - 1+2 - that I got the 2nd bottle of gummies that I never ordered today, and how was it my credit card was charged?

To clarify, each product page offers two purchase options: a one-time purchase and a subscribe & save (auto-ship) option that provides a 25% discount and free shipping. 

After reviewing your order from March 13th, it seems the auto-ship option was selected. We completely understand if this was unintentional, and we’re truly sorry if this wasn’t clear during your purchase. We do our best to make this information visible throughout the checkout process.

We can confirm that our team responded to your email from jed.tullett@gmail.com; however, the order was placed using the email jet031160@gmail.com, which might explain why you didn’t see any subscriptions when logging into your account.

Please rest assured that your subscription was canceled by our customer service team on April 14th. Additionally, we will be issuing a full refund for your most recent order, and you will receive an email confirmation shortly. Beautifully packaged, but taste and effectiveness leave something to be desired.

Gummies -- I bought 2-20 ct bottles of the 10mg THC Magic Melon Sativa gummies. The gummies have a nice consistency, and although you can tell the flavor is "watermelony", it is harsh. The consistency of the effectiveness of the gummies varies greatly from gummy to gummy. I can take 1 gummy and feel effects after about an hour sometimes, and then other times not feel any effects at all. Sometimes I take a 2nd gummy and feel nothing at all. There are other times I take a 2nd gummy and it hits me powerfully. It is really very random. Since there are so many offerings out there, I think I will switch to a company that is consistent in its offerings for future supply.

Membership?

I ordered a bottle of gummies. A month later, I received another bottle. I contacted them and they said that I was enrolled in a membership and the product will be shipped automatically. I NEVER applied for any membership. Be careful of this scam

The Subscribe and Save option provides 25% off plus free shipping on all orders. It seems that when you placed your order in November, it was set up as a subscription with a delivery frequency of every 4 weeks, which may have been accidental.

Our system is designed to send a reminder email 3 days before the renewal date, and we're sorry if you did not receive this notification as intended. Please rest assured that your subscription has now been canceled, and you will not be charged for any future shipments.

We truly value you as a customer and want to make this right. We would like to offer you a refund for your order, and you are welcome to keep the item once it arrives, there’s no need to return it.

Major issues getting refunds

I had to return an item. They said they were issuing a refund but when I contacted them to find out where my refund was they tried telling me they issued the refund in 2024 and sent me a copy of the refund receipt. The problem is the receipt was for some lady in Tennessee, the only thing we had in common was our name. I called their customer service # and was told "they just merged their records with a new program" he put me on hold and never came back. I finally got an email from them telling me they found my order and issued a refund. Conveniently they sent the refund to Sezzle because I signed up to make payments on the original order. Sezzle applied the refund to my current balance that I had already paid off. They are both a RIPOFF.

The refund receipt you received was sent in error due to a mix-up, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused. Please know that it was never our intention to give the impression that we were denying you a refund. 

We have confirmed that your order was received, and we successfully processed a refund to the original payment method you used, which is Sezzle.

Just to clarify, Sezzle divides your total purchase into four payments over six weeks, with payments made every two weeks. For instance, if your initial payment was on November 11th, the next payment would be on November 25th, followed by December 9th, and the final payment on December 23rd.

Since your refund was issued today, December 4th, the two remaining payments have been canceled out, and you will receive a refund for the first two payments already made, leaving you with no remaining balance to pay.

CBDfx has the best selection and…

CBDfx has the best selection and quality of gummies. I only buy CBD and this company is excellent. I recently just bought CBD gummies for my Wolfdog because he pulled a muscle in his hip. CBDfx has hip & mobility gummies for pets, that has been so far excellent.

Terrible taste

I ordered CBD + THC gummies - very sugary and terrible artificial taste (Berry Buzz). Besides, no matter what they put on the label - the content of CBD and THC is very insignificant, comparing to the similar gummy bears of other companies. (In other words, there is no relaxed feeling after consuming these gummies.)

They sent out another plus one. That took another week and a half. The pen is supposed to last 2500 puffs but 2 days later its empty. Massive overpowering flavor. But in the end they made everything right and satisfactory.

Just being honest

Edit: The customer service at this place is great! I had a bad experience, with a product and they made it 100% right! I will definitely shop here again…Just being honest, the CBD muscle and joint stick 3,000 mg CBD, isn’t any better than the 15$ amazon stick i tried, I definitely wouldn’t buy this again…

I bought the purple punch

I bought the purple punch. I regret not getting a coil heating device. I hate the taste of medicine, and that’s what it taste like. I also leaks to much fluid and leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

I did have a slight issue, but customer service was outstanding.

I did have a slight issue with my order, but the customer service outweighed any problems I had. Veronica was a huge help, and she’s the only reason why I’ll be ordering from the company again. She went above and beyond to assist me with my complaints.

She gave me a partial refund, and she even sent out some gummies and tinctures for me to try, free of charge. She explained in good detail on how to use each product. My items arrived on time, and my issues were handled with care.

I recommend that if you have any issues to reach out to the customer service. They’re quick and very helpful. Thank you Veronica for your help and information on the products. I’m very much satisfied.

Very late...still don't have the product

I ordered the product a week ago and paid extra to get it in 1 to 2 days and still have not received it. It is very difficult to get in touch with the company. I would recommend just going somewhere local to buy them.

Holy grail

I had some issues at first with not receiving the order confirmation. However, the customer support was awesome. Make sure you check your spam folders for communications about your order (mine was buried in spam). I am very happy with my vape. It has been helping me immensely with my mood, sleep, and more. I will be purchasing more from them in the future.
