Seit November 2024 keine Lieferung angekommen, dafür wurde mir als "Rückerstattung" nur Guthaben auf der Homepage verbucht. Die Versandkosten von teils 50 Dollar habe ich allerdings nicht erstattet bekommen, obwohl das Unternehmen diese beim Logistikunternehmen zurückerstattet bekommen kann 🤬
Guthaben für einen Shop der nicht liefern kann, gar nicht mein Humor.
Kundenservice hat den Dienst wohl eingestellt und sowieso keine Lösungen parat, außer bestell nochmal, die Versandkosten von teils 50 Dollar sind dein Problem und es wird 9 Wochen dauern bis wir das nutzlose Guthaben online stellen. Die Produkte sind gut, die Zuverlässigkeit und die Rückerstattung ein gesicherter Totalausfall, andere Anbieter sind da besser. Hier nicht bestellen!!!!

I truly do not know what I would do without my “God’s Gift” CBD vapes. I’m a server, so I’m on my feet 8-12 hours plus a day, 5-7 days a week, and it helps my foot pain tremendously. Plus, I occasionally suffer from sciatica, which can be excruciating at times and this is the only thing that relieves it. The cherry on top is it also makes me sleepy, so I mostly use it before bed. I don’t know what I’d do without it. Lifesaver.

It was over 3.5 months before they'd look into a missing order.

Australia post haven't seen it, Customs haven't seen it, tracking notifications stopped in Sydney but apparently because of the prior tracking order number.
Order tracking while in the 'States zipped back and forth all over the place: an issue was flagged early on.
But now they won't look into it because their policy is to only investigate once?

They kept asking me to just wait, for 6 months. Then they started offering specials if I wanted to waste more money, when I asked for a refund.

Long story short: there's no accountability, no meaningful assistance, they treat your money as if it's disposable.

An order from the same company (I think) actually arrived in 2020 and their product was decent. But until they open an Australian office hub to ship product locally, I would strongly recommend not to bother buying from them, and tell everyone the same.

AFTER I checked out with my purchase from Extract Labs ($60.40), they DOUBLED the PRICE (charged me $120.80) after checkout!
We called customer service and they said that they charged me double because (in their own words), they claimed that what I purchased was not supposed to be on sale! So they decided to charge my debit card as if I wanted the product at full price! No phone call to explain, just fraudulent charges that I would never agree to.
Isn't that a wonderful way to F your customers... just charge them double!
Obviously that is a great way to get repeat customers.
F'ing thieves!

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EXTRACT LABS
My cbd oil was seized by customs over a month ago. This has happened with purchases from other companies before, and I've never had a problem getting a replacement item. All I get is emails saying orders take 6 to 8 weeks. It's now been 9 weeks and they keep palming me off, telling me to wait. Or ignoring my messages for days before sending a generic template answer. My last two emails have been completely ignored. The customer service is a f"%king joke. I use cbd for cptsd, and this experience isn't help one bit

I have been selling Extract Labs products in the UK for over a year now. Once with a company as staff and now at my own company.
I've had three large orders arrive in the UK without any issue and about to place my forth.
Their products are verry high quality, which does mean they are a little more expensive than some of my other products, but you are getting what you pay for.
One things I struggle with (but in no way effects me wanted to give than less than 5 stars). Is the pricing for new products, as I want to try out things like their CBD muscle cream and other products similar. But I would have to sell them at a very expensive price, which does make me hesitant in stocking them.
Al in all though, great company and always responsive with my emails and helping out on the rare occasion that a product is faulty.

I’ve been using their products for the last 12 months and have been extremely happy. I’m also a disabled vet and receive a good discount ordering products from this vet owned company.

I purchased the muscle cream for the first time after trying some of their product purchased through a dispensary. The product came used someone had previously dug into it and now that it’s compromised I don’t feel safe using it. I sent an email but that’s unacceptable for quality control.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have had an order go missing worth $500 and their response was we need to wait 90 days(so the shipping partner issues them credit) I asked for a refund but they said all they could do was reissue the order 3 months later. That order went missing and now they are refusing to give a refund or to send the order, I paid an extra $50 for the replacement order, this was for the shipping costs….clearly for shipping and insuring the goods yet the only response is once we post it it’s not our issue!?!

i absolutely ADORE their products but...

we've had 4 orders now go awol across 3 people and to be really blunt, the cookie cut dismissive email responses which are effectively "we don't give a ..." leave a bad taste in my mouth.

and again...a 1100$AUD order...missing...we're on it, we're into carriers to find it and EL are like yea..so...90days haven't passed yet, can't be arsed.

Yet again another amazing product and another fast order, I live in the uk and when I usually order products from America they take so long to get here upto 10-21 days, with extract labs it’s a week or less 😨 they have some amazing deals going on all the time the owner is a war veteran and I highly respect that so much, he’s built his company up from the ground up, everything is made in the lab in house, they have lab results for everything they make and it’s all natural to which is a massive bonus no horrible fillers or bulking agents in the products they are clean as can be, I love this company I even have one of there long sleeve T-shirt’s am even wearing it as am writing this review 😂😂 so far I have 2 of there stickers on my wall, I love that shipping is free over 200 dollars to the uk even though 200 dollars it’s a lot it is definitely handy when I make a nice order, there products don’t just look amazing but they are amazing high end products, I’ve just bought 2 of there vape battery’s and they look so slick and modern there packaging is something that catches the eye and looks so professional, they help so many ppl in need with there products and it’s so good that they provide lab results for everything they don’t cut any corners and you get what you pay for with them! What more could you ask for?? I have just tried the Martian candy vape and I feel very relaxed and chilled out, I suffer from depression and ainxety I have a very stressful life so it helps me take a relief from life for a moment and catch a break because once I feel it I can actually sit back and focus, there products are also reasonably priced you cannot complain! Other companies charge a lot more and they don’t give you clean potent products like extract labs do, I’ve orderd from here loads and never had a bad order yet! I even have some of there discontinued products the OG Blue was, Cookies wax, and Cherry wine was, I bought about 20 of them before they got discontinued and am so lucky I bought them before they was took off the shelf, I definitely 100% recommend this company I am not paid to promote them but I have to much respect for this company and I want to thank everybody behind extract labs and especially the owner for giving us amazing high quality products at a reasonable price and making sure my order is always on point you make my day and a lot of other ppls day so much better and more bearable with life’s hard challenges in today’s time, I don’t have to say nothing else try it for yourself and you’ll see why I wrote this review, will definitely be making a lot more orders as always and once again thank you for another great quality product that I can enjoy

The products and service are great. We really like all of the CBD we have tried from Extract Labs. I have been using the FULL SPECTRUM CBN GUMMIES for the past couple weeks and I have slept much better than before. Their Wolfhound CBD Coffee tastes so good and does not disappoint on caffeine levels. I cannot emphasize enough how much CBD helps me for anxiety, stress and overall wellbeing. I wish I would have found their products sooner, but glad I finally did! It is nice to know there are no fillers in their vape tanks.
