I bought three Hanwha cameras from CCTV Direct as they had the best price available. They were quickly delivered, and when I installed them they all showed moisture inside the lens. Unfortunately it didn't clear up in a few days so I contacted the support team.
Lamont Marshall helped me throughout and he was so friendly and understanding, he went above and beyond to make sure I was sent out replacements which were tested and have been working absolutely fine. I was so impressed by the support and I'll definitely be recommending others to use CCTV Direct in future. Lamont is a credit to the company. Thanks again for your help!

Adam was very helpful and sorted within minutes .

I had a fault with the microphone on one of my uni view tri-guard 2.0 cameras, Dan Lee at tech support remoted in on the EZ view app and checked it out, he also updated the NVR and camera software. He confirmed one of the cameras had a faulty microphone which is under warranty and now can be replaced by my installer. It was quick, easy and hassle free very efficient.

Danial was so knowledgable and got straight to the problem and solved it for me , always willing to help us thank you very much

Have dealt with this company many times mainly with Lamont from Tech. Dept. Great friendly, professional helpful advice. No task too much and time not an issue. Would defo recommend to anyone.

Really helpful and friendly service from Dan.

He was able to resolve my technical issues whilst i was abroad. I was impresed by his customer focus (remembering my issue) when I called once back in the UK about another matter.

Lamont from CCTV Direct was amazing.

So we were really struggling with an unusual issue with 4 cameras on a 26 camera system were on line but no Live view.
Lamont remotely logged in, spent time diagnosing the problem and sorted it out in no time at all.

Lamont again sorts an issue with a complex set up. It’s refreshing in this day and age that you can call a company with a problem, the phone is answered straight away or the option of a call back which always happens. 9 times out of 10 the issue/problem is sorted on the first phone call.

Daniel and Adam were great in resolving an issue I had with one of my cameras, replacement sent with no hassle.
They tried resolving the issue with logging in, but it didn’t work with the condensation in the lense, we changed to a turret camera instead of a dome with lense
Great service and can’t thank them enough.
