Would just like to say if your thinking about getting cctv then this company is the one to definitely buy your system from as the product speaks for its self right piece of kit and the technical team are 10/10 twice now I’ve had a couple of technical issues and a guy called Lamont resolved them both quick time and can’t do enough for you not often you come across technical support as good so definitely a 👍 from me would highly recommend this company CCTV Direct 💯

I've had support from CCTV DIRECT since 2018. Numerous reasons to call for help and always resolved by them with good humour and professionalism. Dan give me advice last week on how to expand our security cameras using most of our existing equipment. Very grateful for their help would recommend them based on my 8 years of experience

I had a video loss issue, and Daniel Lee solved it. He was determined to find the cause and would not rest until he did. It's so good to have a technician who knows what he is doing and will work hard to resolve an issue.

Had an issue with my cameras and not working. I called the help line and they went through everything on the phone with me. I am not very tech savvy but they made it idiotic proof, all cameras are working now. They even showed me to set the images in order . Can not fault excellent service start to finish.

I have never known service like this EXCEPTIONAL is an understatement!!! I acquired an commercial installation I was able to sort the NVR by myself but because the cameras had an unknown password DAN spent all afternoon sorting this problem remotely.. DAN is top of my XMAS list ! Bravo CCTV direct your staff are a life saver
