As always the team at CCTV Direct were quick to help with advice about setting up the Uniview NVR we were working on. Daniel pin pointed the setting that needed configuring and within minutes all was fine.

Just purchased a new cctv camera, having issue with seeing the live view on monitor. Call technical help desk, and just a click in a box required to resolve the issue , now up and running in 5 mins. Great technical support, very helpful staff. Plug and play very quick to set up.

I’ve had to call Cctv Direct a few times in the last couple of days and every time I have spoken to them they have sorted out my problem One of the problems was very complicated and Daniel spent a good 25 minutes going through every possible scenario and in the end solve the situation that we were in thanks to Cctv Direct and their technical team, you should never have a problem when it comes to Cctv

As always, excellent service from the technical team. Always polite, friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Daniel on this occasion who solved the issue.

Daniel always has the answer for any of my problems and doubts, the man is a walking encyclopaedia for their UNV systems!

Shame Uniview are experiencing issues of access remote DVR's in both Edge & Chrome which results in some 'tweaking' of settings to get access. Hopefully this gets resolved PDQ.

I have only been using the company for a short while, Transitioning from another supplier over , But instantly I have found all the staff , great to deal with , from Sales to Dispatch and of course Tech support, Lamont especially has been a massive help , with some of the finer details on the great product Range that they stock, I am confident that My company will have a great partnership, with CCTV direct, and I look forward in making the Trip from Ireland over to meet the Team in Person.

I had trouble getting my cameras on a new phone .
Spoke to Lamont who not only got them up and running again but also managed to re focus 2 cameras that had drifted slightly out of focus
