I recently completed three courses through Northwood Manor CEU Institute for my renewal requirements and my ALF Core Training, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The courses were easy to understand, well-organized, and covered exactly what I needed to know.

Being able to complete everything online at my own pace made the process simple and stress-free, and receiving my certificate instantly upon completion was a huge plus.

If you’re a healthcare professional needing CEUs or ALF Core Training, I highly recommend continuinghealth.edu. It made meeting my requirements easy and convenient!

I unfortunately used my debit card to upgrade account and right after I did, not even two minutes later my card was added to a wallet and I started to get transactions on my card that I had used. That means they are NOT secure enough to use your credit card, since my card information got leaked that I had used.

The name on my account is incorrect, therefore CE providers will not report my completed CE. There is also a nursing license listed under my account. I am not a nurse. I have been reporting this to CEBroker since September 27, 2025 with no resolution. The customer service is laughable even though I have a paid account.

Poor customer service even when speaking to a representative. State requirements require us to us this but they provide no service unless you pay for the subscriptions and then they do not honor published prices when trying to upgrade. Please do not mandate that we use a sevice that doesn´t provide assistance but rather inserts additional roadblocks to maintain certifications!

Do not get the concierge service with them, it is a waste of money. You get no help when needed. They also ignore your emails.

If I could give it a 1 I would. I have to pay to speak to a real person and pay to pay to get continuing education. I signed up once and can’t get back in. This is A SCAM

This company has transformed into an AI money grab. There is no 24-7 customer support with the ability to help with your issues. I paid for an annual Professional plan, and none of 13 courses in my CE bundle automatically applied to my license. Professional hcw deserve better, and if anyone has a recommendations to other entities please leave it in the comments for others. Worst thing CE Broker did was sell or merge with Propelus.

Horrible website.I had to use AI to find their phone number (1- 434-6323) Then you are on hold for , often , over an hour or have to wait for a call back, also over an hour. They obviously don’t care enough to have adequate standing.

I wish , I could give zero star. They keep asking money for subscriptions, upgrade account. Nothing is clear on website what you are missing or what you need to do further. Assistants don't guide you at all or answer your queries appropriately. Florida Medical Board needs to have better way of reporting CME.

This company is a scam, one more way to skim money from medical professional. I submitted my CME including certificates. They still want me to take more courses. No help at company. They want me to upgrade to Pro service to fix their problem.

Unfortunately CE Broker is very disorganized for keeping accurate CEU Transcripts for APRNs.
The CEU courses reported directly to CE Broker are often being slotted/recorded into the wrong required categories. For example Psychopharm CEU credits might be in error logged into General CE and /or the Specialty CEU section, thus making it look like the APRN did not meet the state requirements for those specific categories. There can be an excess number of CEUs under General CEUs and an inadequate number of CEUs under Specialty with CE Broker reporting that the license renewal criteria was NOT met although it was met just logged into the wrong sections of the transcript. Although its obvious that a simple adjustment to the CE Broker transcripts may at time be needed, CE Broker does not provide a navigation process to allow the APRN or CE Broker staff to adjust the errored transcript for correct sections. Honestly this is beyond common sense as with the detail of the APRN requirements some of CEUs reported directly to CE Broker are and being recorded in the wrong APRN sections.

This is worthless. we have to use it ? yet if we need to fix anything we have to pay a yearly fee?

Another scam company to charge medical professional staff. They control florida ceu and then tell you to pay $150 to find out what you need to complete. After you have completed listed requirements.

This company (or their absentee corporate owner) claims to simplify Doctors' and Nurses' state licensure requirements by providing, tracking and submitting data to ensure continuing education requirements are met and recorded by the various state licensing authority. But they simplify nothing: the process is circular, fraught with software and download errors, delays, help pages that don't help, and no 'body' on their -800- support number (except for a long, unnecessary diatribe as to what their company provides.....). There is not a single step in their registration or account management process that does not "glitch". Better to keep your own analog CE records as THAT would consitute simplification, easy, convenient, etc. One can make a weak case for going with this hands-off conglomerate if their top-tier service is "on someone else's dime".

The state board where i am licensed has tried so many times to get through to these absolute idiots. My requirements are 8 CEs earned through any means. They have been arguing with the people who set the rules and therefore made everyone more stressed out. Simple reading and comprehension is much to difficult for this company and the fact they are expecting people to pay them for such poor service is sad. Track your own credits don't give these people a dime.
