My parents had two plots at Skylawn since the early 1960's. Through the years, they both changed their minds on where their final remains were to be placed. Cemetary Properties provided an avenue of selling these plots without any hassle to the family. We were pleased that after about 3 years, both plots were sold!

When I put my trust in a working relationship, I expect communication and transparency — especially in a situation as emotionally charged as this. The salesperson received their commission and then disengaged, leaving our detailed question unanswered. We weren’t being difficult; we raised a valid concern and didn’t receive even the courtesy of a response.

It was unprofessional and, frankly, unethical.

They worked hard to find a need. They came close to what we asked. They kept in contact.

The team is knowledgeable of the process in timelines involved. They made the processs easy for me, clear instructions on what to do and handled all the details.

When my father purchased five lots back in 1985 when my sister passed away, he essentially had it for the entire family. When my mother passed away October 3, 2021, I couldn’t afford the money that they were offering me to bury her so I had her cremated. 33 days later, I had to cremate my brother because he passed away. Then when my father passed away, I still couldn’t afford it so I had him committed as well. Those two plots that we had under our name I wanted to get rid of. Thanks to the cemetery property resale I was able to list it and I got my moneys worth for it. I will work with them if down the road I have another one somewhere, but I don’t think I do. They are wonderful people. They are kind they are courteous. They will work with you. It may take a while, but you will get the results you are looking for. I am 1000% recommend this company.
