Avoid this company. They have some positive attributes but when you need services they will try to screw you over. If you call a contractor for emergency situations before you call them, your claim will be denied. Use your own service provider...sure, but not until we say so. It doesn't matter if you call on the same day...sorry. Minor technicality on paper causes you to not get coverage when needed most. Horrible terms and conditions are more important than customer service. Total money grab policy. Don't waste your time & hard earned income!

I have been awaiting the repair of my clothes dryer for three weeks. no follow-up or correspondence since my original claim. I had to buy a new dryer. My total expenses at this point have been over $1300.00. Not including the subscription fees for the plan.

Horrible called to get sink fixed they will not fix it only offering buy out . O just eant it fixed customer service stays scripted and does not address customer questions very rude people. Told me the check was going to take 7-10 days i called and its still being approved why offer something thats not approved and its back logged. Never have supervisor available . Even though different options where provided non was to actually fix what was covered . One was to pay another 128 for the garbage disposal even though i said i just want was covered fixed they would do it the other option was to fix it my self out of pocket or the buy out . I did not want the buy out i just wanted the sink fixed i had no other choice but to pick the buy out
