Already better than my previous supplier. At least i get a personal response rather than some automated system with useless platitudes and no change. Looking forward to working with this team.

Superb service
Superb service.
Despite my previous supplier being very difficult the communication and expertise from Central Telecoms was very informative and prompt from the time of getting the quote all the way through to installation.
Much better end product with many more features.

DEALING WITH MARK RIEDEL HAS BEEN EXCELLENT.
FROM THE VERY START HE EXPLAINED US THE SERVICE HE CAN PROVIDE AND THE COSTS INVOLVED. THEN WHEN I HAD MAJOR TROUBLE WITH TELSTRA AND MY SERVICE WAS SUDDENLY CUT OFF HE DID AN EMERGENCY INSTALLATION AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US.

I found Mr John extremely helpful when I recently made enquires about internet connections in two very different locations.
While one of the locations proved a challenge, Mr John did his best to find a solution.
I really appreciated his regular updates.
