A couple weeks ago, I ordered the wrong size tonfas (my fault). After Calling them for a return order form, I shipped back the tonfas and they shipped the correct size very quick. I called them twice during this process and both times, I was not on hold and they where professional. Great customer service. Super helpful and understanding.

I have been a client of Century for many years and I cannot remember a single negative experience. In my opinion, they are the best in the business.

My school has only been doing business with your company for 3 years. The organization I'm affiliated with has been doing so since your company's launch. And we've happily recommended your products to our clients.
However, it has recently your company has decided to enter the realm of instruction, with your video streaming service.
By doing so, you undercut those of us in the trenches, those who've been pedaling your products, those who're trying to make a living doing something we love. You cheapen the art by encouraging the idea that you can gain skill (not to mention the less obvious benefits to dojo training. Ie: community, confidence building, learning the upside of hard work and dedication, etc), without personal interaction, assistance or guidance.
Before, as business owners, we put up with your higher prices because you offered a variety of products that we could not obtain elsewhere. That is no longer the case. There are now several other outlets that offer those products at much more reasonable pricing. (for example: your 5' x 10' folding panel mat - my cost through Century: $349.99. I get the same mat for $170.00 through another supplier).
I understand your need to find new sources of revenue. This IS business after all. However, if your idea of business is torpedoing the businesses that helped build your company to what it is today; I am not willing to continue doing business with you.

You had fast shipping time and your customer service was awesome on getting a piece of my order that was missing shipped to me. Thank you guys so much and keep staying awesome!

Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.

Recently my order with Century had a couple of hiccups. Called in about the errors and it was resolved in 5 minutes. My order came with a pair of wrong size shoes and 2 extra items (not charged for). Century told me to just keep the items and had my other pair of shoes shipped out within a few minutes after our conversation. Good job Century. Thank you for your quick and courteous service.

I have been w yall since 1991 and yall used to be great. then you all cut out the distributior discounts and went to the current "stuff". I used to only deal with yall but now I have to search the net for prices to make money. I used to get 30-40% off and could make enough to keep my lights on. Now? i dont order anymore than I have to. Yall screwed yourselves. But Our opinion doesn't matter all that matters is your president getting his golden parachute.

This company is always friendly, always tells you about specials for the month, and along with great quality products, they are prompt in delivery and processing orders.

I have used them for almost 2 years, and don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks century for being an awesome company that shows customers they care about them.

I've had a lot of experience in different martial arts suppliers but Century Martial Arts is by far the best martial arts supply company. Their staff are well trained to handle anything and they go above and beyond what other suppliers do to ensure that their customers and clients are satisfied with the products they receive but also, they help to make sure that schools run successfully.
