customer service is fantastic!
I have never had an issue with the customer service. Always prompt and if a wrong item was shipped etc fixed immediatelt with no issue. Stephanie is fantastic! I love the quality of the products.
I wish there was more of the catalogue to choose from in the Canadian warehouse. And sometimes things stay on back order too long.
Overall always a great experience

Quality service and product
We have been using Century for over 20 years and have been very happy with the products and service they provide. We have supplemented some products from other suppliers here and there or tried new suppliers just to compare but find ourselves going right back to Century because they are the best.

More than a just the best supplier
Century martial arts is so much more than just the best supplier out there. They are without question the best supplier of martial arts supplies in the world. They have great pricing and selection, they are very fast and accurate with their shipments as well. They go far beyond just supplying things to their clients. They really strive to help the overall business and if they can't find something or don't have an answer right away they always make a way or find a way to help out. I have had very few issues in all my years of ordering from century and the few that I have, they have always made sure that I was well taken care of. Without question they have the best support and customer service of any company that I deal with on a regular basis and they are the only supplier for our studio!

Great customer service, great product.
I have used century fit years now, and my father had used them since they opened. I never have to worry about the quality of the product,and on the occasion I get something I'm not thrilled with (had only happened once) they fixed it right away. The telephone people are always incredibly helpful. All in all, the best martial arts supplier around.

PRICES JUST KEEP ON RISING
Quality has been good for years but the constantly rising wholesale prices is getting ridiculous!!!!!!!!in a bad economy they take a big bite out of profits!i wish they would pass on a better deal to their wholesale clients !they are a monopoly and they know it!

Super-fast service!
Ordered a pair of bamboo hand carved Escrima from Century Martial Arts on Wednesday and received them on Thursday morning. They wasted no time and will be my martial arts supplier from here on out.

I am a 68 year old practicing martial artist whose training means something "personal" to me given my survival of a prior life threatening assault and abduction as a teen which later led me into the martial arts. Prices good, Orders always arrive on time.
I use Century and Vision to order equipment, uniforms etc for my school. I really appreciate Century because I know whatever I order, it will be here in a few days and be EXACTLY as I wanted it. I have been using Century Martial Arts for a long time and i HIGHLY recommend them. Century has a wide variety of equipment and they always have what I need. Prices are reasonable. Quality is great. I have student uniforms that have lasted them for over 6 years. Same with the training pads and sparring gear. I tried ordering from some of the well known discount houses and the quality was probably 1/5th at best. So if i am ordering new sparring equipment because the old is worn to a point that its useless, that doesnt make economic sense. My Century gear just lasts and lasts, and we are a full contact school so the gear gets used.
If you are unsure, because the prices is a little higher, take my advice and go with Century gear and uniforms; you will not be sorry.

Quick and easy website; although their mobile version is sometimes difficult to navigate via iPhone.
