Shouldn't been even 1 star

Shouldn't been even 1 star. Made acne worse after 2months almost 3 months of use. Now on medication. No refund or compensation offered told to go back to retailer who probably won't do anything. Left feeling awful and embarrassed. Worse face wash, causes large lumps, enhances scars and irritation even when reduced usage. Spent a fortune on wash, gel and cream.

Disappointing customer experience

Their facial moisturiser brought me out in a rash. I contacted them months ago and was promised a refund by cheque. I had to constantly chase this up. I then received an email saying that I would receive an email to receive a refund payment into my account by a company called Candex. Finally I got my refund.

Cerave Blemish control breakout

After I saw Cerave Blemish control review from ig, I decided to look at boots website to see other reviews. And as reviews are so good I went to boots to get it straightaway. Only after two washes of Cerave blemish control cleanser gel I got so much breakout. OMG it did opposite of what it say. Anyway I though it’s purging period so I still continue for a week. Then it’s too much to handle. I stoped and that’s it. My face is getting better. I went to write review in boots. They don’t accept my review. Ok now I know that’s how I saw only good reviews in beginning at boots.

Skin Reaction And Getting No Enough Support By CeraVe

I bought a CeraVe moisturiser which gave me a reaction on my skin. The product did exactly opposite than what it says. I felt like my pores were clogged as soon as I used it on my skin. In place of making it smooth I started seeing spots/ Acne on my face. I stopped using the product but when I complained to their customer care through form filling, I got no reply. 3 days are gone and there chat assistant are not providing me any e mail or phone number in UK where I can directly contact CeraVe. I found there chat team rude and unhelpful. I can not believe a company like CeraVe can not provide me any phone number or e mail address to send an official complaint to them. Can anyone suggest what action I can take against them. What is my consumer right in this case? In the form only one attachment can be attached so I am unable to send all the files like the bill, pictures of reaction or the picture of product itself. This is giving me so much mental stress that their chat team is not allowed to share any e mail or phone number of the company.
This is the response from a chat assistant Lois who said to me that our conversation is not going any further.... Are you joking? This is how you speak to your customers?

Here is another one Harpreet. When I asked her to send me a copy of their complaint procedure as in UK it's consumer right to ask for one. This is the rude reply from Harpreet who was telling me to pay attention to what she was saying.

I am so so frustrated with this company and I would suggest everyone to be very careful before buying any CeraVe product. Specially in UK.

At first when you fill a complaint form , it says you will get a reply within 24 hours. Then you get a reply that you will hear from them within 3 to 5 days. When you speak to chat assistant they tell you it can be longer than 3 to 5 days. What a poor customer service? I am travelling abroad and I tried to request them to resolve the matter as soon as possible but it looks like they are not bothered at all.
