Just had the best service from all the team here :))
Had a full property rewire & a new fire alarm system installed & all the work was done to a very high standard.

AVOID!!
They have taken a payment for my EPC, having confirmed and booked an appointment.
I have subsequently received an email advising that they do not ‘cover my area’ and advised I will be issued with a refund. This has however not happened as yet.
Very poor service. Do not take money for a service you cannot provide!!

Hi Harriet, I would like to correct inaccurate details provided in your review . You had booked one of our services online via the automated booking service for a job in Leicester, our web pages for EPCs, Electrical certificates and Gas certificates clearly state we only cover London.
Your booking was made on the 8th January (yesterday). Immediately we emailed you explaining we do not cover the Leicester area, today we have issued your refund (Paypal Transaction ID 2NW66232DD1748911). We have returned the money paid within 24 hours of the transaction.
As a company we ensure our customers receive any payment either made in error or because they didn't understand what was written on the web page, immediately. In your case we have fulfilled our obligations. We are slightly confused as to why we would receive a 1 star review for completing the refund as requested.
In the future I would recommend reading what you are purchasing to ensure you are buying something that can be provided in your area. We have clearly stated the area we cover on pages relating to our domestic certificates.
To ask the general public to avoid using our services because you asked for a refund and we immediately obliged, ruins the value of online reviews and makes them less relevant.
We wish you the best of luck in finding a LOCAL provider.
