thsi website is amazing it gives you a really good course or courses and some practice test and i honestly got it done very quickly in the span of three days and if you need help with anything in the site they have really good “quick chat” people who help a lot and in all it wa sa very good course

The course covered the material required for NYS Defensive Driving well. However, 4-stars because they do not send a digital certificate for the defensive driving course. Ranel answered questions well when I inquired about getting my certificate in the mail.

Update- changed rating to 5-Star due to explanation from company in the reply

I was unable to access my certificate of completion. I emailed Certus and Jestine promptly replied and she had fixed the issue. I am quite pleased.

The course itself was useful and easy to follow.

Had issues getting courses to come up just needed to log out and then back in to reset.
