Was very happy with the class portion . It was very informative, and easy to understand. Had no problems negotiating the website. Was worthwhile use of my time! Being able to get the allergens certification, at the same time was also very easy.

It was a great informative course
It was a great informative course, but I will say there are 6 people in the restaurant I work at that used chat gpt to skip the courses and get all the answers right on the test. And in the restaurant they don’t know to even keep clean aprons on. And it is mainly the owners who cheated and don’t know the dangers of letting many different meats sit out over night in a 80+ degree room. So my opinion is yall need to implement some of the anti-AI software that’s out now. It hinders the ones that actually want to do things the right way.

Felt kinda unnecesary
It felt very poorly formatted. A lot of the stuff was just common sense, but the stuff that wasn't wasn't really focused on. Except for in the tests. Then in the tests you had to have every single thing memorized.
Also it said you couldn't see what you did wrong on the final exam only to have beneath it a whole lot of stuff that I did wrong.
