DO NOT ORDER from this company! They are a scam. They don’t allow you to return items or refund them. The material and cuts are not as shown online. Do not get stung like I did.. do your homework. Enter off going to Zara. At least they won’t rob you and not force you to keep things you don’t like or don’t fit.

Appalling company, customer service is a joke, one top arrived with a hole, eventually they refunded, another top was much smaller in size than the other colour in the same size, requested a replacement. Took numerous emails & weeks of waiting. Top arrived a different colour to the first one, despite sending pictures of the 2 tops & the label showed a different colour name, ceyora insist it is the correct colour! Woeful!

Personally I loved the tops I got from ceyora, they were just a little small. But they let me exchange it for my correct size without much hassle at all to be honest. Their support lady Trisha was very kind and understanding so I thought I would come on here and share a positive review.

Customer service was very good. I received my first order a while ago and wasnt happy with the sizing, but they offered to send me a replacement order. The material, sizing, fit and everything about the new top in the replacement order was so much better quality because they said they recently switched to more expensive higher quality material with adjusted sizing after getting some feedback. So that was very good of them, the new tops are great. Would recommend

Do not order from Ceyora. They make it impossible to return items. Awful material, nothing like the photos, over priced. Took weeks to deliver. I thought they were legit! THEY ARE NOT

Exactly what everyone else is saying. This company has very poor customer service. I bought tops on here that they claim are on sale. This is so that you forfeit your right to return, which is apparently in the fine print. The tops came from china. Took 4 weeks. They tops are of low quality very shiny material and do not have any streatch in them. The sizing is completely wrong and the shape is wrong. Horrible tops and waste of money!

Tops are awful, design, two layers only sewn at edges so the underneath layer pushes up, shape is awful, nothing like the photos

In the picture it shows a lower cut chest but actually it’s higher up and the shape is wrong. They refused a refund but offered to send me three more tops for free if I pay for postage. Total scam. Don’t order.
