ChaCha taxi was a great choice for Jeddah, Makkah and Medina
ChaCha taxi was recommended to me by a few friends, and must say, the service was great. We opted for a seven seater, from Jeddah to Makkah. And everything ran smoothly, driver was prompt, no issues.
We then arranged for the long journey from Makkah to Medina, again, driver was prompt, and managed to get us to Medina in under 4 hours.
Our last trip was from Medina hotel to airport, again, the service was great.
We didn't negotiate or haggle, as the price seemed reasonable, it's what they advised, as you hear other driver overcharging after the journey, but ChaCha drivers were very professional. I would recommend them, and will use again.

We had a great experience on the Makkah…
We had a great experience on the Makkah Ziyaarat. The transport was new and comfortable, and we were able to visit all the important sights. Wasim, our guide, was excellent—very knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke English really well, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience using Chacha Taxi Services. The service was extremely punctual, reliable, and professional from start to finish. Every ride was smooth and well-managed, and the customer service team was always polite, responsive, and helpful. A special thanks to the drivers brother Asif, Yaseen, Sajjad, and Shaan Elahi—all were courteous, friendly, and drove safely, making each journey comfortable and stress-free. Very reliable and professional car transfer services
I would like to thank chacha taxi for the professionalism in which my requests were handled. Their responses were timely. Prices were really affordable and cheaper than what I have seen elsewhere online. Chacha taxi is also very flexible which I liked a lot and he listens to the demand /plea of his clients while staying truthful and honest. I even took advices from him for certain of my ziarat trips and he recommended I take uber for my best interests. The drivers sent were punctual and also very thoughtful. For instance for my madina to makkah transfer I had my chair reclined and a neck pillow offered to be so that I can rest. Similarly for my Makkah to Jeddah trip, the driver yaseen offered me free water and kind enough to allow me to buy food before heading to the airport. The drivers can manage in English which is also great and they are very friendly individuals. Their driving skills are great and no instances of dangerous driving was noted which I thank them. I would definitely recommend chacha taxi and look forward to securing his services next time I am in Saudi for sure inshallah.

My family traveled from Bradford, UK, to perform Umrah in October, and we used Cha Cha Taxi for our transportation. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and professional, making our journey smooth and comfortable.
