I was able to compare and make a choice after reading all of the contracts associated with the options I had.

Quick and easy experience
It was quick and easy to get an extended warranty for my vehicle. This is the only website that allowed me to actually see the prices and compare them so I can make an intelligent decision. I was referred to other companies but this company had the best prices and it was very easy to get set up with the new policy.

I was initially skeptical about moving forward with Chaiz due to past issues with another car warranty company. However, my experience completely changed after speaking with Erick Fettingis. When I didn’t finish my initial questionnaire, Erick personally reached out and offered to discuss everything over the phone. That conversation was one of the most insightful, pleasant, and honest interactions I’ve ever had with a vendor.
Erick was never pushy—just well-informed, professional, and genuinely easy to talk to. Our call lasted over 45 minutes, but it honestly didn’t feel like it because of how engaging and helpful he was. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. If you’re looking for car warranties, I 100% recommend Erick at Chaiz.

I was initially very unsure about how to navigate extended auto warranties because the industry feels confusing and overpriced. Chaiz made the process much more straightforward and transparent than I expected.
I was able to compare plans clearly, see real pricing differences, and ended up finding coverage that was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted directly through other companies. The purchasing process itself was easy, and having access to the full contract details helped me feel confident in my decision.

Erick was extremely patient and gracious in listening to my concerns related to previous experiences in purchasing auto warranties and guiding me in how to evaluate them in regard to my stated needs.
