Emailed about my order that I ordered 2 months ago and still no response.

This was my first time ordering and definitely a last!!!

Makes me wonder if their crystals are even real at this point.

I should’ve have stuck with my original vendor but definitely a lesson learned.

I took the risk after reading some positive reviews but I’m assuming those are possible fake responses .

The yoni egg was found after searching and having many different options. I wanted to move down on size, and that is recommended once I have been using the bigger size for quite some time. I like how it fits and the properties of tigers eye have been a really big spiritual influence.

They were awful it took forever and I emailed mult times and they did not response once. Will never buy from this place again

By the time the order arrived I had moved, I tried to correspond with the company to locate my package and they were good at communicating at first but stopped responding mid-process before the issue was resolved. It has been 7 months since my order and I have followed up periodically but still no resolution.

I never received my order and would like my money back

You did not send the correct order and I had to return it.
Worse, what was sent to me was not even a third of the cost of what I ordered.
I contacted Chakrava via their contact link and never heard back.

I like the fact that someone responded to my issue and explained my error but still extended me great customer service.

I ordered some eggs June.21 and it was only shipped out July.7, that's 12 business days later, it's suppose to take 3-5 business days to ship it.
I finally received the package Aug.2, that's 42 days it took to get to Alberta, Canada.
From the time of shipping to delivery it was 2-4 weeks as indicated. The postal service did their job but the shipper was late in shipping it out.
As for the eggs themselves they are fine.
It's tiring and disappointing waiting that long.

My first experience was that I intended to order three yoni eggs. When I received only one I discovered my error. TXT communications were encouraged & I paid for all three with an appreciated discount. Shipping of the second order took longer than expected. I received the jasper stones & they are beautiful & filled with vibrant energy. However my real disappointment was when I read in the flyer not to use the eggs if you have a prolapsed bladder 😟OMG! I informed the company that I do have that condition - that was why I purchased the eggs in the first place. Go figure! So now I have the eggs and am advised not to use them 🤪 Needless to say, I am a little frustrated with the overall experience. 😊

I have several products from Chakrava and I’m in LOVE! My favorite has to be my Rose Quartz Guasha.

I purchased 2 separate yoni egg packages that were a set of 3. As I got a set for myself and bestie to try. And only received one egg. Not even two. SMH. Was super disappointed. Haven’t even used it.

Edit: I only received one egg. Not two as you stated. That’s how I knew there was an issue with the order. When writing my review it pictured the item I purchased, further proving that I did in fact purchase the 3 different sized eggs. And yet still only received one egg. Not two. I don’t want nor need a discount. I just wanted what I ordered. Not what you think I ordered or received. I have no need to lie. I was excited about my purchase and was looking forward to using them. I understand things happen, but I wish my order would’ve been correct. Or at least corrected. Thank you for your time and attention to the matter.

The website was really easy to use and informative, it made picking out a yoni egg a fun experience. My purchase arrived quickly with a couple of lovely pouches and with instructions, overall this has been a lovely experience.
