I was shaky on whether my order would arrive since I’d never used the company before but I’m happy to say I was proved wrong. Not only did my order arrive on time it was packaged so well - it protected the candles that I purchased far better than when I’d purchased the same brand candle from a big high street brand. I’ll definitely be shopping here again

Love Brontë by Moon blankets got a great deal from Chalk interiors came in good time and well packed would definitely ordered from them again

I had high expectations when I placed my order. I ordered four items, one for myself and the other three items being gifts. Good strong box and quickly delivered. Two items spot on. However two of the LED candle sets were NOT as described. Different coloured candles within the boxes. I emailed Chalk Interiors, with my order number, as they suggested on their enclosed invoice as to any problems on order as soon as I noticed the issue. I have allowed 4 working days to hear back from them … absolutely no response whatsoever which is really disappointing.

Chalk Interiors happy to send out asking for trust pilot reviews to be left …. So say no more. Need to be more professional and to reconsider their customer service, or lack of, as without customers they would not have a business. Needless to say I have been let down by the whole experience!

To top it all off they are now asking for product reviews for items purchased!
