Wow I can’t recommend enough. The speed of delivery was incredible, I was expecting a few weeks just from looking at other tree websites but my trees arrived 2 days after ordering. And free delivery - incredible! I didn’t receive my shipment email so it was lucky I was home, but to receive the trees so quickly I have no complaint at all - I’d rather it that way round!
I ordered 2 really expensive tall Juneberry trees and a smaller gum ball tree. They arrived in very good condition. I really hope they take well after planting and live a long life!!

The plants are of excellent quality, we ordered 6 bamboos and they are all of superb quality, they were well packaged in proper quality packaging, delivered upright and also to where we wanted them.We were given advice on how to plant them.Excellent customer service .Can highly recommend.Thankyou Charella Gardens.

I ordered 2 large hydrangea's from Charella
Large expensive shrubs. I was charged £19 delivery.
They were dumped with no packaging, or protection or address label on the busy pavement outside the gates to my property at 6.30 am
It’s a miracle a have them and that they weren’t taken or damaged by passers by.
Would not recommend this company .

Really unhappy with my experience at CharellaGardens. The delivery timescale was up to 10 working days, which was a little long but happy to wait in that window. Throughout that period I received no communications from them so had to email and ask when I’d receive my item, was told a Wednesday which was working day 9, that was fine.

The day of delivery I called first thing to get an idea of a timeframe as I had to stay home from work to receive it, I was told they can’t offer that but the driver had been out in the morning so would expect to reach me early afternoon - fine. By 3pm I had been home all day and still no sign of the delivery so I called again and they said they would check. I got a call back and apparently the driver was broken down in central London and his mobile phone signal was poor. I found this a little strange and convenient, plus I’d wasted a whole day inside but the advisor said she would prioritise and call me back to reschedule for a day that suited me.

By Friday I still had no communication so I’ve called this morning to chase and ask what time the plant would be arriving - not till next Wednesday!!! I asked then because I was way out of the 10 working day window, I’d had to chase so much and still hadn’t received my plant, could my delivery charge be refunded to me. She was firm in saying no that couldn’t happen and if I wanted I could just cancel the whole order. I really can’t understand why they’ve wasted my time so much, the whole process felt like my order was an inconvenience. I went out and bought an extra large pot specifically to house my expected plant, spent a day waiting for the order, waited my 10 working days to receive it, chased numerous times and was even willing to wait longer for the next delivery and she was so flippant about the whole thing.

Really poor customer service. I was polite and patient the whole way through and it really got me nowhere!!!! Others seem happy with the plants themselves but the customer service and logistical side of it was poor in my experience. Order with caution!

Excellent quality plants.

Excellent service! Before making a rather large order to be delivered we spoke to Elaine at Charella Gardens who was extremely helpful in advising on our needs, the price per plant was more than reasonable and on delivery, Adam was so accommodating and efficient. We had a excellent service all round and will probably order from this company again. Highly recommended.

Healthy plants and excellent customer service. One plant arrived badly damaged due to being thrown around by a useless courier but Charella (Julie) quickly sorted a replacement which arrived the next working day and delivered by the nursery’s own driver. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Excellent quality taxus balls, healthy, green and sizes described. Will be back
