Exceptional service and communication from start to finish. Andrew helped me over several months to find the right finance product for the biggest car purchase of my life. He took his time to explain the process and benefits of each. Without him and the work done by Bethany in getting the agreement over the line I would not be sat here writing this review with my dream car on the drive. Thanks to you both!

I had come across Charles & Dean on YouTube via their sponsorship of one of the UK based YouTubers - I can’t recall which.
I contacted them with a view to arranging finance for a used MINI as I felt the APR percentage offered by the main dealer was unjustifiably high.
Charles & Dean were excellent from start to finish - the person handling my query was Ollie, a pleasure to deal with.
Even during the early stages of quotation, Charles & Dean have a professionalism about them. From the basic details whether that was how the quotes for the cars I was interested in were provided, to smaller details like the layout of their emails, their staff signatures.
They were thoroughly polite, professional and efficient throughout and got me a PCP deal that was more competitive than the one offered by the dealer.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
