Charles Taylor Trading Opiniões

Bought a twin seat as a present for my Dad which is lovely.
Delivery was exceptional. We were given a date, then the night before I received a text from Robert the driver with a time slot. I then received a call from Robert when he had arrived at my Dads. Delivered via a back lane to his yard and put together for him. Excellent!

Very pleased, promptly given a delivery date, confirmed a time the day before and stuck to it and put it together quickly and well.

swing chair is sturdy and looks good. Will use again

Great price, great delivery.

I saw my dream garden set in a local garden centre, but decided to search around for the same set with a different retailer, as I was looking to save money. Found it £120 less on sale elsewhere and it was delivered last week. It's still just as stunning as I remember! The delivery guy turned up at 6:30am - a nice early one! Unfortunately, it came with quite a few scratches on a couple of the benches to the set. They were contacted by the retailer on my behalf and dealt with me so quickly! Gave me two options and were so apologetic. Things happen, quick fix with some light sanding and new oil coat! couldn't ask for a better response. Thank you

Ordered from the NEC good food show

Would highly recommend this company

This barbecue table is astonishing for the price. It is sturdy and strong and spacious and looks good. I was delighted that the delivery man assembled it in the van before bringing it in.I was truly surprised, as anytime I have bought wooden storage units or potting tables they have come unassembled. The whole process with this shop was excellent and demonstrated care for the customer.

It was easy to identify what I needed on the website
The price was reasonable
Delivery was prompt and my purchase was well packaged and as described

Lads Fad and Rico were early morning 745am when thought 8-8:30am. All fitted up and nothing too much trouble. Great experience and price. Will definitely use again..Highly recommended.
