Very good company from ordering to delivery everything went smoothly no issues

Excellent quality planters, very well made, strong and sturdy. No fiddly flat pack construction, all pre-assembled. Great value, and helpful delivery service too.

It was delivered on time and assembled by a lovely gentleman called Omid. Omid communicated the delivery time the day before and before delivery. Omid was very professional and assembled the swing chair very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of the swing and in fact thinking of purchasing a second swing. Thank you Omid and Charles Taylor Trading.

After going to the Ideal Home Show in London 2025, I promised I'd save up and buy the 2-seater swing in 2026 - and I did! It was delivered after 3 weeks and put together very quickly. I have been enjoying it for the past 2 months, and I recommend removing the canopy if rain is forecast or be ready with a broom to push the canopy up to release the pooled water.
Sadly, an oak tree has since fallen and flattened everything in my small garden, so I will have to wait for an insurance payout to buy a new one!

Extremely disappointed with Charles Taylor’s "White Glove" service. The delivery was rushed, leaving me to install the canopy and waterproof cover myself, and the team even scraped the wood during assembly. To make matters worse, I was charged £44 for delivery and the cushions were completely missing, despite the website explicitly stating both delivery and cushions were free for this £600+ order. While customer service eventually refunded the delivery fee in full and settled the cushion difference, they completely ignored the damage to the wood. They do not live up to their service claims, and I would not recommend them.

Fast delivery excellent service

Lovely garden bench and table. Great quality and looks good too. The wood is gorgeous and will be long lasting. It’s very comfortable to seat on. The delivery was good with the bench and table carried around to my back garden.

Very good products. I've had chairs, table, parasol, swing chairs and a planter. Can recommend very easily.

This swing chair is sturdy and well made. I’ve had an issue with the chains creaking though which is really annoying and also the canopy fills with water when it rains.

Items delivered by DHL damaged , CT ignores all emails sent and customer service is terrible. I called numerous times to only be told every time they will call me or email me back. Still no idea if i will get a replacement part as my bench planter set is useless. Such a shame as they make nice furniture but if you have an issue your done!

I like the seats,but another of imperfections like cracked wood....and the delivery takes way to long.... the cushions are not waterproof.....and cost a bit to much.....

A very shoddy build quality to the benches I purchased as the construction is mainly nail gunned together and someone doesn’t know how to use them as our one benches arm was falling apart as soon as we got it out of the box and the rest was questionable in strength but the customer liaison was top notch with almost instant answers to my problem by Danielle and Gemma @garden chic

Terrible customer service from start to finish. No communication re deliveries, delivery delays, no communication re collections and forgot to issue a refund for damaged goods. Placed order 4 weeks ago and still no refund! General quality of items is really poor, making for a very disappointing experience.

My garden bench and chair are beautiful. They arrived quickly, I was told what day they'd be delivered on and received a call from the driver when he was half an hour away.

Not only that, he carried the bench to where I wanted it to go, up a hill in the rain. He was really cheerful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I wish all delivery drivers were as good! Thank you Darren!

Eventually delivered and of excellent quality.

Lovely quality products however it was not made clear that self assembly was required for the item I was purchasing and this was something I couldn’t do myself. Very nice man came to do this after a week or two but I feel this should be stated on the website as it required a power screwdriver and quite a bit of strength!
