This company is a scam. They do not respond when i ask about my order and they say they do not refund

This company sells American flags under their new name, Charming Present. They claim their flags are made in the USA. However, the covered label on the package reveals a tracking number and shipper that originates in China. Buyer Beware!!!!!

The all black cat quilt I bought had white patches of thread running all through it, I wanted to return but they told me I would have to pay to Hong Kong ... offered me only half of what I paid ... I took it. Buyer beware, bait and switch for sure.

Very poor quality. Unsuitable for most any home. I ordered a table runner and doormat and they are cheap, thin, and pale compared to their on-line photos. Plus they arrived in the mail December and although they have a one-month return policy, they count December and January-when I attempted to return them-as two months. No return!

Stay away from this "Cheap China Crap Company".
The quilt delivered is absolutely nothing like the one ordered.

Crap! I wished I seen these reviews before I purchased!!! They absolutely suck! The quality is horrible and they offer refunds!? No, they don’t! You’re screwed if you buy from this shitty place!!!!! This is not a quilt! It’s a piece of fabric. I emailed and no response. Buyer beware! I’ve contacted my credit card and reported them. They are a scam!

I learned a lesson with this company to always check to see if they're legit before I order. My order took 6 weeks to arrive. The colors and subject were not what I ordered, print was blurry, material flimsy, both bindings were ugly industrial grey material that was so out of place. Shame on this scam company.

They can't improve, it's a scam to send you a cheap moving style blanket. Not anywhere near what is pictured...not even close. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...ALERT BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a tree skirt and 3 table runners.. no communication about delivery. Absolute beautiful pictures of what I ordered but what arrived was the cheapest pieces of garbage I’ve ever seen… crappy cheap polyester unknown chemical printed fabric. NO QUILTING at all. Called my bank and cancelled the payment. Don’t give in to them. Call your bank and report this fraud.

I give this company a zero. I ordered a very nice sheep quilt paid a fair price and received the cheapest knock off print garbage. thin crappy fabric not the picture and not quilted as in the pic. to date they haven't addressed my complaint. scam artist.

This company is a scam. I ordered a beautiful sunflower quilt for $89. It took nearly 2 months to receive my order and it was about as disappointing as it gets!!! Nothing like the picture… not even close!! Poor quality and not a sunflower on it!! Two pieces of fabric sewn together with a quilting machine… not pieced or stitched. I wouldn’t have paid $5 for this quilt! ** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY **

We will never order from them again. The two items were almost 180.00 and were not quality nor keepers. READ AND HEED PLEASE DATE JAN 2025

The quilts that we received are paper thin, no batting inside nor are they made to last, furthermore; they are not quilted at all but photo copied pictures stitched to a thin piece of fabric.

Stunned Facebook allows this company to advertise so long and take peoples money. They must be a wealthy company after seeing what we alone bought.

I ordered two quilts from Charming Favor. They communicated well and the quilts arrived within the time expected. However, when I received the quilts I was disappointed at the poor fabric quality. The binding and backing feel like cheap polyester, and the top is printed on fabric that is thin and unnatural. I requested a full refund return. They responded quickly, but told me that I would have to pay shipping to Hong Kong or take a 50% refund. I will take the 50% and donate the quilts to a dog shelter, as they are not usable for people.

The wreath quilt finally arrived this afternoon. Was informed that I was going to get a refund, & that's exactly what I should be getting!! The quality of this quilt was POOR, made of a lightweight, cheap polyester fabric, and was nothing like the beautiful quilts that were pictured in your original advertisement on Google. You really should be reported to BBB, and taken off the cite so no more unsuspecting buyers are deceived by false advertising as I was. I have contacted my bank for a full refund as soon as possible!! I would expect this quilt that I was sent to be worth no more than $40 tops!!

Horrid product. This is not the beautiful quilt you see pictures of. This is garbage. I spent $300 and they refunded $150. I can’t ship back as that would cost hundreds of dollars since it’s on Hong Kong and not the US address at the bottom of the receipt. So that’s the real scam! Ship people crap and keep 50% of their money. You get garbage and they make a ton of money! They should not be in business or allowed to sell in the US. Thieves at best!

BELIEVE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I ordered what should have been a beautiful rug from Charming Favor, but what I received was a polyester replica of the rug, NOT the actual rug shown in the image! I paid $168 for the rug, and for that price, I expected something thin, yes. But this wasn't just thin. It wasn't even a braided rug: it was a polyester nightmare with the same print. ALSO, I noticed that there are no real customer reviews on the site. They simply lump all "27,000" happy customer reviews at the bottom of their page, but it's all fake, and you can't actually read or see reviews. The reason why is because NO ONE would actually positively review any of the garbage they're peddling. This should be illegal. There has to be a way to report them and get this site shut DOWN. I have emailed them for a refund, but I don't know if I will hear anything back. I am calling my bank the next business day and REPORTING this fraudulent company. What a shame.
