Worst company ever took 2 months to get my Fourth of July flag which finally arrived on August 19th would never purchase anything from you again pathetic

The photo was gorgeous, the product was cheap material shoddy sewing not even close to what the photo looked like, The backing did not even match the colors on the quilt and all the stitching was just printed on the fabric so it was not a quilt after all. customer service offered a refund if I wanted to ship it back to hong kong. Their mailing address is in the US. Very ugly just hate it. Avoid this website

We will be disputing this charge. The items we ordered did not arrive. What we received was cheap, unusable stitched items that you would find in an attic of a 70 year old home. Deteriorated styled fabric in polyester and thin.

Please do not be deceived by there marketing photos and realize that it is not what we saw and purchased based on photos and descriptions.

We are shocked that they are getting so much trusted business, we trusted the site.

This company should be put out of business. They show endless photos of actual quilts but they don’t show photos of what you receive. What you receive is a bizarre printed version of the quilt which is hideous. Plus it smells like dangerous chemicals. I wouldn’t donate it or let my dog lie on it. It should be burned.

BUYER BEWARE-Extremely poor quality cardinal table runners and cat tree skirt. Cheap lightweight material and VERY muted colors. Nothing like the pictures show. Photo’s appear to have been enhanced to build your trust in the product. Check fine print-NO refunds on sale items…ALL of their items seem to be on sale.?? Company should be monitored to protect the consumer-Shipping time frame was close to 4 week! Terrible experience all around… RUN!

Horrible quality pillow cover. Picture of pillow cover I ordered shows an actual quilted cover. What I received is a printed image on cover. Totally not worth the money. Website is deceptive!

I ordered two cactus pillows that were supposed to be quilted and three dimensional. The pillows are just printed on thin material with no quilting. Nothing like the pictures. Complete ripoff. Buyer beware. I wonder if anyone has notified facebook about this utter scam.

They sent low quality merchandise and used false advertising of their quilted blankets. These are mass produced shoddy workmanship machine made blankets. They hide behind a return policy that is absolutely impossible. 24 hours to cancel, really. It takes a month to get the item and a lie that these are custom orders. This is a mass produced item. They should be prosecuted for fraudulent practices. Buyer beware.

Charming favor is a scam. Ordered the bird quilt and it is a very cheap product. I bought to give as a gift and will not be giving it to my friend. I hope I can help someone to not get scammed by this website so DO NOT purchase anything from them.

Total con artists, Do not shop at this store. They sent me a Low quality item that looked nothing like the quilt I ordered then told me there were differences in the printing, I could send it back at my expense or keep it and they would’ve credit me half

DO NOT ORDER A 'QUILT' FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. I'm sure I'm stuck with this fraudulent item that came from China. It's a photocopy of a quilt, printed onto fabric. A total scam. I'm out over $100. Stupid me.

Ordered a quilt with a specific pattern and color scheme....after quite a while I got something but it's not even close to what I ordered...the material is
cheap, stiff and thin...there was zero information on how to return or contact them...no packing slip etc...this place is a scam....now I'm stuck with an ugly quilt I'll never use.

Received my sunflower quilted runner in a reasonable (not quick) time frame. However, the quilting is a random pattern, not neatly quilted following the outline of the sunflowers as depicted in the picture nor is the fabric of the same quality. Never again!!!

This company is a total bait and switch scam. They advertise as being "Charming Favor is an American quilt and patchwork design company," but they are actually based in Hong Kong. The product I ordered arrived and it was so shoddy it makes the Dollar Store look like Niemann Marcus. I paid $9.95 for shipping the $90 item and they want me to return it to Hong Kong at about twice what the item cost. Even then, there is no guarantee they will admit they received it back. They are also known to drag things out long enough to elude the statute of limitations on your credit card for disputes, but I've started early on fighting the charge. Wish me luck.

Took forever to arrive. These are nothing as as advertised. Very cheaply made.

I agree with past reviews - these are not quilts - not even close to what is pictured! I asked about returning and a refund and I was told that I would need to return the item to Shanghai, pay for that shipping. I checked the mailing label in which they shipped the "quilt" and it was shipped from Celine, TX. I asked shouldn't I return the item where it was shipped from? No, must be shipped back to Shanghai. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE - I will be curious as to whether my review gets posted,

These are not quilts! They are a huge polyester panel that has no quilting as pictured in the advertisements. There is no batting. They are very thin and poor quality. Stay away if you want a quilt. If you want a blanket made of polyester that won't provide any warmth and will fall apart on the first washing, go ahead and buy one. I am a professional quilter.

Haven't received any confirmation of postage yet and no delivery after almost a week. Emailed to enquire and no response.

Purchased some adjustable dumbbells for my other half, surprisingly fast delivery.
