I can't say enough about Crystal Drakes! She helped set us up, answered my repeated questions quickly and effectively. She also went the extra mile to update our route a couple days prior to our event and always followed up with clear communication.

Our driver for our event was Hermerson. WOW! How did we get so lucky twice!? He was kind, professional, and efficient. I heard so many compliments about him from our team, myself included, that went on this tour. Well done!!!

Super smooth process from start to finish! Spoke with Brett Gardiner and he was super helpful, responsive, and keen on getting our group the best deal! Our party was also about an hour and a half late getting to our return bus (totally our fault!), but our driver Zeng was really kind, and patiently waited for us. Would 100% work with them again!

We worked with CharterUp and used a coach bus for my uncle's interment at Arlington Cemetery. Planning ahead was very simple. Tara and Walter answered many questions for me and were able to get us a larger bus than originally reserved as the day approached. It was great to travel together with family and friends from the hotel to cemetery and to and from memorial dinner. Our bus driver, Frank, went above and beyond to make the experience great. We had a short block of time to fill between the interment and arrival time for the dinner and he offered to fill the time. We decided to stop at the Seabee Memorial (my uncle's section in the Navy). It worked out perfectly. I am grateful that we chose CharterUp!

Chris was on time and very polite. He made everyone feel comfortable. Very patient and always had smile.

My time was supposed to end at 1 pm, with a 10-minute grace period. The limousine left at 1:25 pm I got charged $93 for 15 minutes, which I don't think makes sense.

Will never ever recommend Charter Up to someone.

We had rent a 56 passengers Bus for $2,549 to go to Cedar Point. But everyone in the Bus was very frustrated due to non-respect of human Traitement. We received the picture of the Bus 3 days before our Trip. On the day of the trip, they sent an old Bus with no air conditioner. Ridding for 3 hours back and forth in a very hot Bus, a lot of noise from the engine with pregnant women, more than 20 kids and babies. It was a horrible situation we never seen in our life. We called that a very big SCAM of the year.

Driver on time, drove well, only thing the speaker on bus not working, I had to speak loud. Overall great experience.

The bus was very nice & clean. Our driver Elvis was friendly, professional & proficient. He showed up on time & I LOVED the fact we could track our bus. Our ride from Philly to New York on a 20 passenger leather seat but was AMAZING! Thank You Charter Up we will be back in February to utilize you for our next Couple's Ministry Outing!
