⚠️⚠️🚫🚫☢️☢️ Please people don't ignore these warnings signs like I did and paying the price now.I place an order since October 5th and up to this date i can't receive my items and I called the phone going to voicemail or when the owner answered is excuses after excuses and I'm fedup that's why I'm writing this review to let the general public know what this company is doing and keep on doing because they has no value for other people money or time and they are dishonest when it comes to doing business and no one should invest their money to purchase from a company that doesn't value their support. I need my refund ASAP or else I will write a review every single day until I get my money back because I'm not the only person your did this too and you keep on doing it and this is a clear sign that you will never stop. Will contact my bank and also contact my lawyer until I get my satisfaction. You company is a big fraud!! ☢️☢️☢️🚫🚫🚫⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ order #53986 the one that you canceled November 5th i need my refund ASAP or I'm going to write on all of your social media pages 😤 your company is a fraud!

Order #54000 was placed on 10/07/25. It was never shipped and they kept my money. They won’t respond to emails.
Taking money via interstate commerce, online payment + shipping across state lines with no intent to deliver is Mail/Wire Fraud which is a federal crime. The fact that they’ve done this to multiple people strengthens the case for a pattern of fraud.
Also failure to ship within 30 days is an automatic violation of federal law. My 30 days will be up at the end of next week and I will file a complaint with the Florida state attorney general, reportfraud.ftc.gov and ic3.gov (FBI Internet Crime).
I can provide screenshots also.

ordered 9/29. got shipping info. to this day no further updates and no answer to email or phone calls. just took money

I think this is a great company. Never had any problems with my orders. Manager Katarina is responsive to any questions or concerns and has always been very helpful.

Ordered 5 cartons with high 14 dollar shipping. I only recieved 1 carton. Will not reply to my over 10 emails I
sent. No explanation or anything.Took my $92.89 and all i got was a $17.00 carton of cigars. Its been over a month and nothing. Do not buy from here.

I ordered a fairly small order of three cartons. Upon checkout, I saw that the cost of shipping was 14 dollar. I proceeded to go through with the check out despite unporportional shipping to order ratio. After about a week of waiting amd no cigars on my porch I tried to get in contact with them through their website to find out why its taking so long to ship. I wrote to them and waited all 3 days for a reply to no avail. I don't want to do bussiness with a company that ghosts me. I don't know what sort of shady operation this is but I'm getting my money from these theives. They are sick in the head.
