Failed to purchase after numerous tries
When trying to book online, the prices quoted were low. On directing to the actual deal provider, I would have gone to the stage of entering passport details and credit card information and be rejected as the flight prices have increased. This happened numerous times with different providers. Cheap flights need a better software on keeping their fares updated, instead of misleading customers.

Hello Brahma,
Thanks for leaving us a review and for using Cheapflights.
Cheapflights is not a travel agent and we do not sell tickets directly; we are a travel comparison website dedicated to providing you with competitive online prices available from airlines, online travel agents and hotels.
Upon selecting a travel option to reserve you leave our website and we no longer have insight into the reservation or service details.
For further assistance you will need to contact the provider whom you attempted to complete the reservation through.
