I bought a ticket to India and paid a full fare for it - then they called me saying my ticket didn’t have luggage and that I would be the last to board. Then, they tried asking for more money to get any luggage allowance. I told them I can’t do that and in an hour, they called me saying that the flight doesn’t exist and I have to pay more for a flight with a different provider, and with a stopover. I have never ever in my life witnessed such daytime robbery. How can a company sell a ticket that they don’t have, and then not refund the money if they don’t have it??

This is honestly the worst experience I have had - cheapfly are cheap cheap people.

Does anyone know what’s happening with cheapflightsdeals as I can’t get through on phone it’s saying unavailable and no one’s answering the Emails I’ve sent , I’m wondering if I’m going to have to book another flight with another company

This is a scam! if I could give you no stars I would.
Edward Jones is not to be trusted we paid them £4050 for a holiday. British airlines can not locate our booking, the domestic airline in South Africa has a booking however says we need to pay to secure it. Yet we pain Cheapflightsdeals in full. When I queried about the some negative reviews in my initial conversation Edward Jones explained that these were disgruntled employees. They seem to have an explanation for everything. Do not TRUST them. Do not be impressed by how quickly they they respond or how efficient they are. This is how they dupe you. They know their stuff, this is what gives them credibility. Protect yourself. Do not engage. Edward I will let KARMA deal with you. As a person of Indian heritage myself, I am disgusted that you could do this. My children have not seen their family in South Africa since post covid and you potentially Have robbed them of seeing their elderly grandparents.

Like others we tried to contact the commpany to see if we could upgrade and pay balance no one answers phones or replies to emails. PST said many complaints.
Seems company out of business although still advertising.
Now faced with ppaying much more.

I booked flights through this company the told me my e-ticket will be with me in 48 hour now 30 plus days they cancelled my flights and still have my money have tried to contact no one and phones emails or letters, now had to book another flight to see my son as was told by airline they cancelled my said flights WHAT SCAM COMPANY

Absolute scam, do not trust this company. You pay your deposit, in my case £100, and then rang to pay on my due date today (5th June 23) and the phone number doesn’t even exist now. No emails are getting through it’s like they have disappeared.Rang the airline they put me with and my booking doesn’t exist. They just take your money and disappear. Do not use them! I’m now waiting for my card company to help me

This website does not seem legit. I spoke to someone a number of times who seemed to know their stuff (Eric). After making a booking, I was provided with a detailed email setting out all the information I needed. It all seemed to be in order. When I came to pay the balance, no one picks up the phone. Numerous messages have been left but no reply. Thankfully, the minimum deposit has been paid for our flights. Please be aware.

When I first used this company ,Yes I was unsure but after talking to Edward I was more comfortable. I used the same company again and had no problems, I have even recommended this company to quite a few people and there has been no problems. So now Edward has become my Agent. Great service.

Thier unpublished fares are way too unbelievable and unrealistic.
My flight search was for a flight to Bogota from London Gatwick for early June for 2 or 3 weeks .
This company goes beyond what is misleading when their fares are brightly advertised at from £335 with multiple options of prices which are simply not true, they claim once they have caught your attention and by their promise that they are the cheapest flight finder in the UK.
This is simply not true, I was quoted by them £910 return.
I wonder why I bothered to believe their unpublished fares in the first place .
I can go to Skyscanner and do a flight search myself and find the same flight for just over £600.
They should be responsible and not adopt such rediculously low and unavailable fares which don't exist.

Lies to the people giving different offers online when you call them they makes double prices amusing the Costumers
