Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry that you were not able to pick up your rental vehicle due to the credit card policy. We have escalated the situation to the supplier and will reach out to you once we hear back. The supplier's conditions are listed in the T&C's prior to checkout and in the final confirmation, however, we are hopeful that we can get a refund authorized.

We are disappointed to read this review. We have investigated your rental and it appears that the supplier unfortunately did not have the large van available that you reserved. We as a company take supplier issues seriously and our agent did offer to take this up with the supplier and request a refund for the difference in price with the downsize vehicle. We see you are upset and are requesting a full refund. We will contact you directly to address this further.

Thank you for taking the time to leave Hilton Garage a review, feedback is always useful to the business to make improvements in the future.

Unfortunately, your review does not portray the full picture when it comes to your experience with us, as a business we have been as courteous as possible.

We do have ample knowledge when it comes to part exchanging vehicles, enough so to notice that your vehicle had been completely misdescribed and had several issues.

Namely, the issues included, front bumper damage, rear bumper damage, all four wheels damaged, 2 weeks MOT when asked to put a full MOT on the vehicle, airbag compressor and rear suspension airbag issues (the car would not rise on the airbags).

The price we offered initially without seeing the vehicle, was a vehicle in good condition, with no mechanical issues, full-service history, 2 keys, and 12-month MOT.

On multiple areas the vehicle failed to meet these parameters, you let us know you would go away and get them sorted at the main dealer. To which we agreed and kept a car off sale, you then called again to come and collect the vehicle and told a reception staff member that you 'hated your sales executive' and that you 'hated her as well'.

We can see from your review name that you run your own business, we only hope that you are slightly more professional when dealing with your own customers.

Your deal has now been canceled and your deposit returned.
