Ms. Daisy went above and beyond my expectations
Ms. Daisy went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my flight arrangements. She called me to complete the itinerary and was very patient and understanding when I was not yet convinced that it was the right time to purchase. She patiently and professionally attended to all of my questions and scenarios till we finally came to an option I was satisfied with. I don't think I could have gotten a better agent to work with. Thank you Ms. Daisy!
