My son picked out this chair for his gaming, and music set up. He absolutely loves it, and it's super comfy. It has the adjustable arm rests, and it reclines back farther then what we thought it did we will be ordering again.

After placing my order I failed to receive any confirmation email or shipping update. I paid for express shipping (due to the holidays) and after a week had gone by, I finally emailed them to ask about a tracking number. Coincidentally, that was the day my package finally went out in the mail...why it took 7 days to ship an in stock product with express shipping I will never know.

Finally a total of 2 weeks later I received PART of my shipment. Only to find out they lost the other part. The printer itself. Now I’m being sent another tracking number (only because I inquired not because they reached out ) for a new one to replace the old one. When I asked why they didn’t call me or email me to update me. They told me they had a wrong number for me. Yet the number worked just fine to send over tracking numbers after I called them the first time ??

Overall it wasn’t a great ordering experience


The printer is being used and probably has more fault from human error due to learning, but it’s been rough. A lot of clogs and or jams of some sort (it’s for my boyfriend not me). He’s having a bit of a rough start and the “kit” was hardly a “kit” more like a machine and a spool of filament. Overall it was not what I expected from a company who charged me a lot more than I could have bought locally.

Amazing! Especially with things are these days. I ordered this for my husband for Christmas 🎄, mind you I ordered late. I received product 2 days later.

But the delivery on the other hand, HORRIBLE! I have the Amazon driver on video throwing the box on my porch..... 3 steps up!

The neck massager i ordered for christmas didn't work

My wife absolutely loves the new tower! The lights give off an eerie glow in a dark room but the look overall is cool and it works great! Looking at getting another one for my work computer.
