Dear Valued Customer,

We hope you are well. If you'll kindly review the product page, you'll find that below the photos of the items, listed in BOLD PRINT, which include the words "Duvet" and "Pillow Cases", the options for colors and sizes for the items. In order to have completed your order, you would've had to select one of these options to reach checkout. If you were to visit websites that sells duvets and pillow case bedroom sets, you will find that the photos display the duvets and pillow cases filled with the pillow and duvet fillings. We hope this clarifies any misunderstandings. Thank you very kindly

Dear valued customer, as a result of a glitch we were experiencing but were unaware of the day of your purchase, the variant for size option was not apparent, we sincerely apologize for that. We had sent you an email a couple of days after your order once we discovered the missing option, asking you to please verify whether you wanted a medium or large sized item and we never heard back from you. After waiting for a couple of days for your response, we allowed the order to go through with a large size, because the item is adjustable. This is a brand new family-run business. We operate with full honesty and integrity. There have been multiple delays that have been out of our hands due to the covid-19 situation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences or delay, whether it be in or out of our control. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. In these tough times, small family businesses are especially effected and reviews are especially vital to our success and well-being. If we have met your satisfaction now with clear explanation as to the misunderstanding on our part, we kindly ask that you reconsider your review of our business once you have received your product.

As we've been in brief communication with you via email since we've re-ordered the new color for you, this product has been in high demand and the color was out of stock. We had to special order it from overseas. Combined with that, we have been experiencing variables with shipment delays during the Covid outbreak. We apologize and ask you kindly for your patience during this difficult time. Since it has been since June 29th that you have ordered, we have extended an offer to you via email upon product arrival, and we hope you'll be satisfied.
