Charged me for baggage and then I had to pay at airport again, Sent them docs to correct and they respond sating it was not paid from beginning, now do not have access to my past booking which showed carry on included.

This was very bad experience that I had with customer service agent at cheapair.ca. He booked me for more expensive price then online and top of that different dates. He is now asking me to pay extra $250 to change the date. I will never ever book from cheapair.ca again. Worse experience that no one should ever go through.

There’s a change in our flight and it took us a very long time to wait for the updated itinerary and even until now, we still didn’t receive any updates. We have to contact the Airlines ourselves and do the job that they’re supposed to do!!
