It was easy to book

I recently booked a flight to thunderbay for July 1st as I need to be there for work. I didn't realize till over a week later that they booked it for July 3rd. When I called to let them know thier mistake I was told there was nothing they could do. After two hours of debating this with them and them telling me repeatedly they wont fix it they offered me 17.49 service fees back on an almost 500.00 flight as I continued to tell them since this was their mistake I expected them to fix it again they refused and when I asked to be put in contact with someone to escalate the matter I was told there was no one else for me to speak to.after letting her know I've worked in the same industry and knew they could fix it i was transferred to a supervisor who then offered me 200.00 on my almost 500.00 flight that they messed up. When I refused that offer she told me she would have her supervisor call me within 24 to 48 hours. I am currently waiting for that call. I hope they will have some integrity and do the right thing and either change the date to July 1st or rebook my flight...unacceptable!!!

I I don’t like the idea I lost the price of a ticket $335 +6 dollar I wasn’t boarding boarding pass I was told was good 24 hours. I could change it, but I wasn’t allowed after an hour so I had to pay a new ticket. I wish they gave me at least my boarding pass.

Always I get what I’m looking for here.
