Very poor am disappointed and dissatisfied. They charge me for two booking made in deep rare flights s for the same date. Customer service totally unhelpful. I will not recommend them please stay away.

Bad experience
Have used them successfully in the past but this time it was a nightmare and I ended up on the phone to them for 1hr45mins during which one lady tried to help but i was thereafter pushed from pillar to post.

Hi I booked by phone because the day before I had booked on line but it did not go through , the lady was very nice and help full and she got me the best deal she could , but I was very upset this morning I have recently used cheap o air and found it very good but was surprised this morning to find my trip cheaper on Sky scanner
