I ordered banners from this site for a show my company was exhibiting. I made sure i ordered with enough time to spare. Instead of advising me at the time of ordering they told me on the day it was supposed to arrive that they're doing maintenance and they just refunded me. Poor poor communication and created a huge inconvenience for me

Pathetic!

No one bother's to answer emails or calls.

Ordered for next day delivery, it's 5th day today and still thee is no sign of delivery or even tracing the parcel - if it's even shipped!

Edit: Banners were produced and sent, communication was lacking though. -- Scam. Don't use. Don't get back to you and in my case, never confirmed artwork or gave an option to upload after paying.

The turn round is very fast, professional, delivery on time

Good that they fulfilled quickly. Not so good that quality of the banner was lower than I'm used to with colours looking muted and lacking contrast.
They look faded from day 1.

Communications were not great as they're so busy. Plus no one ever answers the phone.

Website was easy to navigate and uploaded my design easily. Good quality printing and a great price. Delivery was quick and efficient. Very happy customer.

Amazing quality & 2nd banner I have purchased and arrived in brilliant time, all in place & comes with a carry bag as well! LOVE them for banners always.

EDIT: Really disappointed. After a great previous order, I reordered the same banner with a different design on their website.
The banner I received was not the same quality in either the hardware or print quality that I had received before. The print had what looked like white scratches within it and the top of the banner was bent upon opening. I have emailed, tried to call, left a Facebook message and tried their chat feature on the website to try and get an exchange but have had no response at all.

I ordered a banner and was impressed with the quick turnaround and design work done by Rob, and Josh who just nailed the final touches on it. The banner is pretty good for an economy one and I am glad to be using at this weeks exhibition. As a mior busness I felt it is great value for money.

Could not accept their own generated design. Banner did not arrive in time as discussed, despite paying for 24 hour delivery. No communication about this and no urgency.

Avoid at all costs. Banners arrived broken and with handprints all over the banner. They then dispatched the replacements to the wrong address despite confirming they would send to the new address as they were at fault. They are refusing to refund so have made charge back on debit card.
The company don't care about what their goods look like. If I could attach photo evidence I would. No one deserves to pay for goods and get rubbish customer service and have their money wasted.

Very good banners at a decent price. I have ordered several times now and the service is always great...even when you forget to attach the artwork 🙄
