False prices advertised
They advertise a price on Kayak and then call you asking for more money. I booked a flight for $660 and they asked for $820. I won't ever use them.

Unbelievable customer support, great prices
Great service, it’s been an amazing experience. Lea Martin (Priyanka) has been very helpful in resolving my queries. In the age of call centres keeping you on hold for hours, them picking up the phone on first ring is just unbelievable. Price wise, no need to say that they’re the most competitive I have found on my last two bookings with them and even small perks added to my ticket (like free baggage) are just awesome. I hope they’re able to retain great employees like Lea and continue providing top quality service.
