I had an absolutely terrible experience booking my flight through CheapTicketsDeal. While my ticket appeared to be confirmed on your website (Booking Reference: APOWIG), the reality at the airport was completely different.
When I arrived to check in, the airline staff told me my booking was not confirmed and refused to assist me properly. I was sent back and forth between the check-in counter and the airline office, pressured to purchase another ticket, and left on the verge of missing my flight. Only after minutes of confusion — and just before the check-in desk closed — did the airline finally confirm my ticket with a simple click.
This ordeal caused extreme stress, shaking, and ongoing anxiety. I am now developing a fear of flying because of the distress caused by this booking.
To make matters worse, when I contacted CheapTicketsDeal, I was blamed for the airline’s mishandling. Your response was dismissive, telling me to contact the airline myself, rather than taking responsibility as the platform that sold me the ticket. Leaving your customers to handle a potentially catastrophic situation at the airport is unacceptable.
I do not recommend CheapTicketsDeal to anyone. Your platform may appear to issue confirmed tickets, but in reality, the service is unreliable, your customer support is inadequate, and the stress caused by using your website is completely avoidable.

To clarify, your ticket was correctly issued and valid on our end, which is why the airline ultimately allowed you to travel on the same booking. That said, the confusion at the airport and the way it was handled were unacceptable, and we fully acknowledge that no traveler should be put in that position.
We also regret if our initial response came across as dismissive. We did escalate the issue to the airline, and they have acknowledged a technical mishandling on their part. We’re continuing to follow up to ensure the matter is fully investigated and to prevent similar issues in the future.

Scam website. They've clearly gamed trust pilot. Every positive review has only one post.
Significantly cheaper than anyone else. Until you book then they call you and demand more money to secure booking, end up spending much more.
Very pushy, emailed, messaged then called 4 times in 20 minutes when decided not to go ahead. No travel agency operates like this.
Edit: you were told VERY clearly that we no longer wished to pursue the booking. Why did you then proceed to bombard us with phone calls, emails, and texts, leaving blank voice messages with only the sounds of a call center? Your methods are pushy, highly unprofessional and I say again reeks of scammy behaviour.

We found no confirmed booking under your name, only a chat where you asked about luggage options. Our agent explained the option to pre-purchase baggage at a discounted rate—available only once a booking is finalized. When we didn’t hear back, we followed up to assist—not to pressure—and apologize if it felt otherwise.
We’re happy to clarify any concerns and hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.
