Recently used Chelford for an event hire. Excellent service throughout; from the first enquiry through to the delivery, set up at the time specified. The units were spotless and equipped as described. The units were collected punctually and without fuss.
Would absolutely use this company again and thoroughly recommend them to others.
I recently hired a luxury toilet trailer for a private event, and honestly, it was brilliant from start to finish. It really added a nice touch to the whole setup.
The trailer itself was spotless, modern, and way nicer than you’d expect from portable toilets. It had proper lighting, running water, and even heating, which made a big difference. A lot of our guests actually commented on how clean and comfortable it was.
Delivery and setup were super easy. The team turned up on time, got everything sorted quickly, and made sure it was all ready to go before they left. Everything stayed clean and well-stocked throughout the event too.
Customer service was great—really friendly and easy to deal with. They were also flexible when we needed to tweak the timings slightly, which helped take a bit of stress off.
It’s definitely more of a premium option, but you can see why. The quality and service made it worth it, and there were no surprise costs.
I’d definitely recommend this kind of setup for weddings, parties, or any event where you want things to feel a bit more special. Would happily use them again.
