Very disappointed with how my items had been packed also better information on the website would have informed me that one gift box would of been suitable for both items and saved the additional cost of purchasing two gift boxes

This company could be excellent but currently they’re just 'meh'.
Full disclosure; I practically LIVE in my Chelsea Peers short pyjama sets. I wear them during the day and to sleep in and I’ve even popped across the road in them to the shop by wearing them under a pair of cargo shorts and a hoodie! I’ve many, many pairs (even some with the long bottoms and long sleeves for the colder days/nights) but they all suffer from the same problem: bad bias binding around the neck that produces sharp corners that constantly scratch and irritate. I’ve taken embroidery scissors to them to snip away at the corners in an attempt to round those corners (a delicate operation for someone with such big hands). This really needs to be sorted. EVERY single pair is a problem. So, a star lost there.
The second star lost is for the lack of a 'long and tall' option. Qudos for going up to size XXXL ( both my husband and I take a size XXL) but I’m 6'3”. ALL the tops in the pyjama sets are too short for me. So why not a tall option? Bad Rhino offer this (their T-shirts being 2 to 3 inches longer than Standard) so how come Chelsea Peers have missed this trick? Doesn't instil confidence in the management team's vision.
I’m not going to deduct a star for this, but some of the design choices are a little, um, questionable? Love my Christmas Dinosaurs, loved my Puffins and Tigers, but Tigers with chefs hats on? Why? But, I guess, that’s just personal choice.
So, to recap: a frustrating company. They come across as either clueless, or worse, not caring to to be the best they could be.

I placed an order with Chelsea Peers for next working day delivery after the 5pm slot on the Monday. In effect this would have been processed Tuesday expected Wednesday . Paid £8.95 for this delivery service and received the delivery Friday. If you’re going to provide a SLA then have a courier that is going to support this service. Chelsea Peers did refund the delivery but if you’re looking for a next delivery service then be cautious if ordering on this service.

I returned an order to Chelsea Peers and the parcel was delivered to their returns address via Royal Mail three weeks ago.
Customer support replied once asking for proof of postage, which I provided immediately. Since then, I have not received any response for over a week, despite following up and asking for an update.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. If the return is still being processed or investigated by the warehouse, that’s understandable - but ignoring messages and not providing any update is very poor customer service.
I understand things can go wrong occasionally but their effort to resolve this is unacceptable and has caused a great deal of stress. For that reason I would recommend to completely avoid or purchase through a third party retailer.
At this point I’m still waiting for confirmation that the return has been received and for my refund to be processed, despite the parcel being delivered three weeks ago!
If this isn’t resolved soon I will have to pursue the matter through my card provider and file a chargeback.

Wonderful product and wonderful service I had an isssue with the courier and Emily sorted it and refunded me immediately amazing kindness and service.

I had an issue with a faulty item. Contacted customer service and Emily was fabulous. The customer service is second to none, speaking to a real person is refreshing and I received a response within minutes. A replacement has been offered and will be delivered today. Excellent service. Happy customer. Thank you.

Very poor service experience. An order was placed, but the Shop app changed the shipping address to the billing address. Despite contacting Chelsea Peers within 2 minutes of the order being placed, the error could not be corrected. The portal is confusing and the inability of customer services to change the shipping address unacceptable.

I bought my friend a pair and she loved them, unfortunately we then had some trouble (nothing to do with Chelsea peers at all) and the customer service team went above and beyond to help us out and get us sorted. So appreciated and just is that wee bit of luxury which further justifies the price tag I think!

I ordered from this site about a week ago and the pjs were delivered promptly. Unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address by the courier! But the customer service team were amazing and sent a new set out the next day using a different courier! Fantastic customer service!

Cannot praise this company highly enough. I have bought several times from them and always had speedy delivery. However this time my parcel was delivered to a wrong address by the courier company. (Evri)
After lots of detective work it was found at a random neighbours garden but had been under a bench for 48 hours in the rain.
Chelsea Peers, we’re on it straight away contacting the delivery company, and keeping me informed. They offered a full refund as the items were no longer in stock.
Fortunately, the parcel although very wet was dry inside and the items were undamaged, so no need for a refund however I was very grateful for the offer and support.
Well done, such a caring customer service.
Would definitely, recommend and use again.

Bought 3 pairs for christmas. Nice design festive pyjamas, felt nice and soft but I only wore them 4 times and washed twice and they're all bobbly

Ordered a pair of PJs and got the last in stock in my size. They arrived and are beautiful and perfect fit but had a small mark / stain on one leg. Customer service offered me a full refund as they couldn’t swap them as now out of stock.

Had some PJ'S bought gor Christmas that had a stitching fault in the top causing a dart in the shoulder. They told me to keep them and sent me a gift card for £39.00.
Don't often get that kind of customer service anymore. Every email was responded too within 24hrs.

Be very careful and check your final price if ordering from Europe. I had a 22% increase in Euro price to Sterling price. When queried company said due to VAT which is wrong , can’t charge VAT twice . Then said increased costs of doing business in Europe , this is an online business They already charge 3 x UK delivery charge for Euro delivery. Shame because I think their products are good. They refused to refund the extra charge

Having purchased a pair of there beautiful pjs they were sent to Evri for delivery having numerous conversations via Evri which was a waste of time I contacted Chelsea Peers direct whom were absolutely fantastic they responded super quick and the lovely lady Emily whom I spoke with sent me out a replacement pair as Evri had lost my parcel and they arrived super quick with DPD 100% highly recommended Chelsea Peers excellent quality clothing and excellent customer care 😃
