Our selection is an ever-evolving list of original and, most importantly, drinkable wines. From under-valued bargains to hard-to-find gems, we adore wines from all parts of the world, regardless of trends. You will find us on the beautiful Hazenstraat in the Jordaan neighbourhood of Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are Open Tuesday-Saturday 12:00-20:00 and Sunday from 12:00-17:00. Putting great service front and forward, we provide our customers with honest advice, exceptional wines and a friendly smile. Our online store is open at all hours. Customers within Amsterdam can order by 12:00pm to receive their wines the same day. Next-Day delivery is also available for the rest of Amsterdam and the Netherlands. We ship across the EU and Worldwide at competitive rates.

My order was confirmed on Aug 18th and confirmed in UK on 22nd but I have still not received ot after paying tax and duty a few days ago?
The problem was with ParcelForce in the UK but Chenin Chenin went out of their way to expedite delivery!
Hats off for going above and beyond on customer service!

Ik woon in Sydney Australie, mijn dochter in Amsterdam. Vandaag is ze jarig, ik heb betaald voor 3 flessen wijn en bestelling afgelopen woensdag. De wijn is nog steeds niet afgeleverd, tracking zegt "in transit" al 3 dagen. Erg teleurgesteld en boos

Hi Ineke! We begrijpen je frustratie volledig, zeker voor de verjaardag van je dochter. De bestelling is op 26 mei afgeleverd door DPD. Gezien het weekend, zijn er iets meer dagen overheen gegaan dan misschien verwacht. Excuses hier voor en we hopen alsnog dat de wijnen in de smaak vallen bij je dochter.

Incredible service
I signed up for the wine club and on my 2nd month received the same wines as the first. I emailed to see if anything could be done and within 12 minutes I had a response apologizing, saying that my new wines would be shipped asap, and that I could keep the mistake wines. INCREDIBLE service.
