Very pleased with the service received. Martyn provided great advice about the choice if stove given the limited room we had available.

There were a couple of minor issues with the installation but both were dealt with quickly and professionally which I consider the best sign of good service.

From the beginning we received an excellent service from Martyn and Nick. We were welcomed into the showroom and walked through all the different options available to us. Martyn was able to give us a swift survey and quote, breaking down all the costs and options. The installation was fast and efficient and to a very high standard. Great experience on installation in 2013 - terrible experience when enquiring regarding a SLIPPED CHIMNEY LINING - basicially dont want to know - told me it would be 2months to get to me and at a cost of £500 daily rate for installation - not having anything installed just need lining reinstated in correct position - very blocking and unhelpful in every respect especially as I am trying to sell my property - frankly use them for installation but find someone else for any further issues as they appear to not want to know about anything but installation and over charge for any follow up - shame as were a great service company in 2013 when I had a Clear view installed - seem to have got too much up themselves~and lost focus on the customer !

We looked around a few local fireplace shops and some never even came out to quote. We travelled a little further afield to the Cheshire Stove Shop - and got the service we wanted, explaining each query we had and talking through to the final installation. We picked a Contura woodburner and as newbies had a few issues starting the fire, again The Cheshire Stove shop talked us through step by step and it is now roaring away happily, and looks the business. Excellent from shop salesperson to the guys who fitted our log stove. They were done in a few hours and left the room so clean and tidy you would never know they had been. Their advice was great on how to light the fire successfully each time . Brilliant all round
