Don’t buy from this company- the dog blanket did not work - took ages to arrive anyway and I am trying to return it but they won’t respond! It’s a rip off

This product is absolute rubbish
This product is absolute rubbish! I paid £28 for a thin knock-off that was supposed to be a large size for my Labrador and it was barely big enough for a Jack Russel! It does not cooI the dog down and is so thin it just bunches up when my dog tries to lay on it. I got a far better product from my local supermarket for £10 and my dog loves it. Stay clear of these rip-off merchants!

This company is not based in the USA, it’s from china! You can get the same mats on TEMU for &3.99 they are cheap, tacky and do not work. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased 2 cool mats off this compsny from the .es site and they never arrived, I sent several emails and had no response. SCAM site never buy from them again, it appears they come from China and never arrive.

Avoid at all cost!!
Do not purchase from this company (they have a Facebook and Instagram account too). It looks like a trusted UK website but it is from China. I paid £74 for two items which did not arrive. I could not get a response from their ‘customer services’ after many emails over a month. Eventually I got a reply in which they said it was lost by Evri and they will resend. But they never did and now I can’t get a response again. I should have done more homework before purchasing as their claims about the products being seen in the media is not true and alarm bells should have rang when you couldn’t pay using PayPal. One big scam.
