simple design, does the job

Everything from ordering to delivery was straightforward. No unnecessary steps or confusion. Product came as shown and works fine. That’s all I need.

Has to be a scam. A month waiting and no sign of item. First it was shipping delays, then delays due to bank holiday. Shipping information never updated to sent or on way. Customer support are rude and unhelpful. They should not be allowed to operate in this manner. Refund only agreed after letter written mentioning trading standards who I still plan to report to about their conduct. A complete waste of time. They also requested details for this review but have been anything but helpful when contacting directly for a month. Refused refund previously and have no excuse for why this has never turned up.

Just received a lick/feed bowl which cost £23 - what an incredible rip off, flimsy, small and poor quality - must have cost 20p to manufacture !!

Stay away from this company if all their products are the same !

i ordered the brush for my dogs and it took weeks to arrive. the order tracking was super sketchy and didn’t even notify me when it was on the way or when it was coming. the product came in a small cardboard box with some ai photo on the front. the brush looks nothing like on the product page or in social media videos. my dogs both hate it, they are brushed frequently and we have tried many brushes so it’s not that they are not used to being brushed. i tried it on myself and it’s very sharp and uncomfortable, i would not trust this to not cut my dog! very poorly made, a brush from a dollar store would have been better.

Ordered grooming brush didn't arrive. Don't use this company

It’s been a month and my brush still hasn’t shown up. I emailed them about it and luckily they refunded shipping ($5), but blamed the “extreme weather in the US.” Yeah right. I think they are a drop shipping scam. *UPDATE* It never arrived after two more weeks. I requested a full refund and got it with no questions or explanation. I guess they knew they were in the wrong and didn’t want the smoke

Sent product, worked for 1 week, broke. No response from support until I said I was disputing it. Now they can talk to my bank.

Ordered Turkey Tail in September 2025, as of mid-December 2025, I still haven't received the product

Cheap tat - comes in a lovely box but is just rubbish.

Not as effective as any of the pet combs or brushes I’ve used in the past.

Do yourself a favour , save your money and look elsewhere .

They deliver water fountain for my pet and the pump is not working

3 weeks on and still no sign of it. Customer service is non responsive

The item (Pro Groom comb) I bought uses a thin saw-toothed style comb to detangle and get through matted fur (on my cat) and a double coat (on my dog).

I rate the experience 5 STARS because the item worked right away and continues to do a fine job. My senior cat’s fur has been de-matted on the hind quarters (he stopped self-grooming over a humid summer and I didn’t notice the deep matted tangle.)

The dog’s coat stays free of easily shed hair because I use the comb weekly (outdoors).

The product was affordable and offered the option of replacement blades. I figured, if the comb works, I’ll need sharp replacements, so I got that package.

Never received it, it’s been over a month. No response from the company. Total scam.

Snazzy Facebook marketing hides the fact that this is just another drop shipped cheaply made product sold for a massive markup.
Mailing return address was from Hong Kong. The box contained an obviously AI generated picture of a golden retriever giving a thumbs up. Product itself is a cheap plastic comb like holder which holds a thin metal blade. Spare blades were given. Overall construction feels cheap, does not justify the 30+ NZD.
How about the performance? We used them on our dogs, double coated border collies, the product did not work as advertised. They were ineffective in removing undercoat, nothing like the videos. The blade teeth are so shallow and get clumped with fur quickly. There is no easy way to remove it other than to pull the fur out of the blade with fingers.
TLDR: do not get this cheaply made product. Get something that is not a gimmick and actually works, like a Furminator, or an actual dog grooming rake for less than what this landfill costs.

Terrible company. Failed to deliver item, failed to provide replacement and then fabricated evidence to credit card company saying they did deliver the item including omitting key emails I had sent them. In the end I got my money back from the credit card company. Poor business practices with poor customer service.

Stupidly ordered one of these after being seduced by slick marketing video on social media. It took weeks to arrive (from China?), no packaging at all, just a white box with no instructions, actual “device” is literally just a cheap plastic box which can’t possibly have cost more than about a dollar to make. Total con. Avoid, and treat the positive reviews on here with a healthy scepticism and a big pinch of salt…

Works great! My big boy still sheds but this takes out so much undercoat that it slows it down. Works way better than anything else Ive used, I always seem to have the hairiest pets. Price isnt unreasonable for how good I think it works. Definitely recommend.

I saw this advertised on social media. It took almost 3 weeks to get to me. It is not the one advertised. It is made in China and not worth the price nor does it work. Complete scam!

Buyer beware! I paid 25$ for a product that doesn't even have the Rhykin name. It sa arrived today with the brand Histotree on it. No instructions and when I googled the name, Walmart carries it for half the cost. Not impressed with the product either. Their advertising make it looks like this amazing deshedding tool of which it is not!
