I would not recommend buying from Chicsall. It took over 60 days to receive my order, and when it arrived, it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they only offered 25% back and told me to keep the incorrect items, claiming shipping costs and that “this is how they make a living.”

That’s not how you treat customers or run a business. Poor communication, long delays, and no accountability. I advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

Items are not what are shown at all. I ordered two pair of leather boots with great embroidery. I received cheap pleather boots that looked more like cheap Halloween costumes. Though they said they give refunds I'm still caee pending to get one through PayPal after they offered 10 percent back only.
