Hi Jill, if you scroll to the bottom of the property page and hit "Satellite" you'll see an aerial image. On the search page you can hit the icon in the top right of the map to change to aerial imagery.

The distance we share (currently) is as the crow flies (rather than walking or driving), but we're working on future functionality to provide multi-modal distances.

We do omit some smaller shops (we only show the closest independent supermarket and restaurant for example) but all of them are factored into our scoring.

We rely on hundreds of data partners, so your report hugely helps us to hold them to account - even if it's a single property, our senior engineers extrapolate potential patterns from issue reports and deploy fixes at scale - even to our free service.
