I prodotti arrivano dalla cina, le incisioni NON SONO incisioni ma serigrafie, la qualità generale è al di sotto della media. Evitate l'acquisto di queste rose eterne...

Pessimi! Non rispondono al servizio clienti. Ordine arrivato dopo 2 settimane! Non è inciso ma solo stampato, quindi in poco tempo sbiadisce. No oro, ovviamente, ma acciaio.. quindi altro che eterno!

Su AliExpress stesso prodotto a 10 euro, siete dei ladri

Vergognosi. Ordinato la prima volta un box rosa con collana con incisione: la collana è arrivata con uno dei due cuori senza incisione e l’altro con incisa una delle due lettere in uno stampatello maiuscolo standard e non nel font che avevo inserito io. Allora l’ho segnalato, e me ne hanno spedita un’altra: a questo punto, uno dei due cuori presentava l’incisione giusta, l’altro presentava una P invece che una S.

La qualità è pessima.
Arrivata dopo +7 giorni del massimo indicato da loro, solo perché arriva da Shangai ed viene fermata alla dogana (forse).naturalmente pagai il supplemento. Senza sarebbe arrivato a Natale 2024.
Le “incisioni” fin da subito non sono sembrate tali, infatti dopo 3h sono scomparse le scritte.
La Rosa non sembra come da foto vera ma…

Chloe tote bag arrived with a white mark right in the middle of the bag, which cost over one thousand pounds btw. No goodwill gesture offered and no exchange, was told to wait for the refund and then place the order again, so basically a turnaround time of almost two weeks. Will not be purchasing anything from Chloe again, disgusting customer service and items being shipped from Europe. No personal service at all.

Ho ordinato un gioiello e un biglietto. Mi era stata garantita la spedizione entro 9 giorni lavorativi è arrivato almeno dopo 15 giorni. Inoltre non mi è arrivato tutto quello che avevo ordinato e la risposta è stata te lo spediamo per e-mail e te lo puoi stampare dopo che l’avevo pagato! Servizio pessimo, scandaloso!!!

Le due stelle, solo perché il pacco effettivamente esiste.
Ma ORDINARE IL 7 DICEMBRE PER AVERLO BEN PRIMA DI NATALE, pagando supplemento di spedizione, E IL SOLITO GLS, che per portare un pacco da un punto A ad un punto B IN ITALIA, ci mette 72 ore con conseguente consegna DOPO Natale, è ridicolo.
Risultato: non ho il regalo da consegnare a Natale, acquistato 18 giorni fa.
Sconsigliato.

È una truffa il pacco non è mai arrivato e GLS non aveva i miei dati

I do not have any issues with the quality of the goods, but the delivery service is awful. And the company doesn't want to take any responsibility for the delivery provider they choose for their clients. The UPS / SDA delivery service didn't pass. Courier just set the status, that they try to make delivery but they didn't succeed because they miss the phone number. It is not true. This company is a liars. and they just do not want to work and do everything people come to collect their staff in their warehouse. It's really sad because the goods quality is perfect, but they cannot offer normal delivery service. I'll never order their goods online any more.

Do not order from this company. It is a complete scam. If i could give it a minus star rating I would. I have emailed again chasing my order which i placed and paid for in July. My emails to their 'customer service team" after their initial response have remain unanswered. Do yourself a favour save your money and do not order from this company

Un piège, une vraie arnaque ; surtout ne pas confondre avec la boutique chloe paris magasin de luxe(les seuls avis positifs) Ce site se trouve en Chine et donc le colis vientde chine....je fais du xl et j ai commandé un 2xl impossible d enfiler , un tissu en polyester désagréable...bref j ai tenté la réexpédition en Chine a mes frais et bien sur mon colis n est pas arrivé,bizarre, tout est bon pour ne pas rembourser le client ..fuyez

I had a beautiful purse / wallet bought for me. The holograms inside are unique to the purse. This wasn't registered correctly at the time of purchase by the shop so they couldn't check the purchase (make you feel like your lying to them). The clasp has broken off the front of purse, it is awful. I contacted the shop, as they didn't register it properly and, as I don't have the receipt anymore, I am not covered under the warranty. The shop was helpful in sending it back to Paris to be looked at. Funnily enought it is my fault it is broken albeit they can't explain why or how. They decided they can help me if I pay them £140. Are we really talking Chloe here. Gutted and let down. Be careful all, whilst they talk the talk they certainly don't do much more than that other than take your money. Very disappointed and let down

I had/have few preloved Chloe items for sale, the items do not belong to myself but to other ladies who doesn’t have time or knowledge how to sell online. My items listed on Depop @luxauthenticuk but sadly all of my Chloe items have been removed by your request today as an infringement of your copyrights.
1. All of my items are authentic and are authenticated by professional authentication services e.g. real authentication, legitgrails
2. All pictures/descriptions are made by myself and belong to me.
3. This is my small earning, I am selling pre owned used/unused items and as long as they are authentic, described by myself and photos taken by myself there shouldn’t be any issue.
You are fighting a small person and mother of two, this is only my personal income, please explain what copyrights have I broken???

J’ai commandé des chaussures, j’ai reçu la mauvaise grandeur, ils sont passés de 30 à 50% de rabais comme solution au lieu de rectifier leur erreur , je refusais à chaque fois… ils ne veulent pas me remplacer, ni m’envoyer la bonne grandeur, ni me rembourser.

Cette compagnie qui s’identifie comme « Québec » c’est faux, directement de la Chine….

J’ai commandé des sandales qui, selon l’annonce, était en cuir. Finalement, elles sont en plastique. J’ai demandé un remboursement. Ils ne veulent pas prétextant que le retour serait trop élevé. Ils m’offre un remboursement de 50%. Encore rien reçu!
