The one star is generally for the owners of the misfits. I paid to have readings with Karen (who is absolutely brilliant by the way!) and a group zoom reading with all misfits, this is how I was drawn to Karen for my private reading. I will not say anything bad about my reading BUT please watch out if you go into their lives. If you cannot take the information from the reading especially with Jen, then she will bully you for calling them out,you’ll be accused of being a troll, along with their groupies who encourage this. I was in a live often, in one particular live,i witnessed Jen being horrible to a lady for simply asking a question that Jen didn’t like. I’ve never seen such bully like behaviour from a grown woman and her “gang” of followers. I commented on this as Jen misunderstood one of the comments as she was so wrapped up in calling this lady out. Baring in mind I’ve been a paying customer also been in most their lives on social media platforms up until this point. Jen then went in on me and others for trying to explain what the lady meant. I was called out on the live and threatened with my details being on her files for police. Now for someone who is meant to give comfort she is far from it.. I suffer with mental health and S/H and this made me spiral. This happened some weeks ago and there is evidence of the bullying on other peoples platforms. I was so upset that I messaged my contact from the group to ask her what had I done wrong by trying to explain what this lady meant. I also explained about my mental health and S/H.. in my message to the contact. She came back to me days later explaining Jen didn’t know what I was on about but she sent a second hand apology, now I think IF Jen was sincere, she would have contacted me herself under the circumstances. It’s taken a while to write this review as my mental health has spiralled since. ⚠️MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL AND THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR FEELINGS, ‼️⚠️. Please do not pay over the odds for readings without researching them first.

I had planned to write a positive review after receiving the recording of my Zoom session with my brother. Unfortunately, that hasn’t happened, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. The reading itself was meaningful and gave me what I needed at the time. There’s no doubt they have a gift. However, the issue lies in what followed.I have emailed multiple times without any response. I also reached out on TikTok and only received one or two vague replies with general excuses. It has now been three months, and I am still waiting for the recording.This session was very expensive for me as a single mother, and I truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating and upsetting. I just want the recording of my session with my little brother it’s all I have. I had hoped to share it with my family so they could hear everything that was said, but it seems like that won’t happen.

Firstly can I just say this was more than 5 Star more like 6 7 8 or even 10. Dan and Jen are truly amazing people never had a reading in my life. Myself and my sister had a reading with Dan and Jen 2weeks ago now. And if I'm honest it blew my mind. Of course they never got everything right but hey whose perfect my god they were spot on with so many things and told us things about our loved ones that we could relate to. that no one else would know. Jen bought my dad through it was very emotional for me 😢 over 40 years ago he passed and I have missed him every day of my life so it bought alot of tears there was so many things that Dan said that I could relate to..they both bought our mum through who we lost recently and my sister got clarification of some things she wanted to know. Jen even told us how our mum passed and her condition I even said to her how do U know that I was gobsmacked honestly couldn't believe it. They told us our mum is ok and at peace and other spirits were also there. There was so much more we were told about our loved ones. I can't remember everything until I listen to the recording of our reading. Unbelievable amazing thank you Dan thank you Jen for an unforgettable experience which I will cherish forever. I will definitely be having another reading with U.After it being cancelled twice due to unforeseen circumstances it was 3rd time lucky and my god it was worth the wait and another thing I will mention my reading was for 1 hour and 15 mins with Dan and Jen it went well over that I think nearly 2hours that was so very kind of U to give us more time
To all the haters out there leave these 2 beautiful people alone they are amazing at what they do and so genuine and pure and so worth there weight and gold U are only jealous yes I'm talking about U Scott Angie baby Jesse king psychic medium dean sally cudmore and all U other haters go and put Ur energies into something that matters and Ur own affairs and leave these amazing people alone so so jealous that none of U have their qualities and abilities they are so genuine and lovely people and so good at what they do helping people like me and my sister to process our grief and connect me with my loved ones so please stop the hate towards them they do not deserve any of it they are so genuine and really are lovely people and I am so so happy I had a reading with them and I will be having another soon

I have had 2 amazing readings with both Dan and Jen. I had a tarot reading with Dan and a 45 minute reading with Jen. Both readings were very on point and gave me some amazing information that neither of them could have known. Had a reading with Dan In February, I was absolutely amazed by my Son and Grandad coming through. I told my Mum what was said after the reading and it brought her to tears, she was absolutely blown away. Everything he said was so accurate and spot on. had a fantastic reading with Dan on Friday 20th feb, I would highly recommend them, have followed them on tick tock for about 6 months before I booked reading, so glad I did. I booked a reading with Dan and Jen. Jen wasn’t able to make the appointment due to health issues and I understand. Dan advised I’d get another reading booked with Jen in a couple of months- I look forward to it!

During the reading with Dan, he was spot on with everything about my chosen loved one and about my life. The session has left me at peace and reassured about my life choices.

Jen brought through my Nan straight away, giving names for both my Mum and my Nan. Detailed things from my childhood, that I had long forgotten - bringing back such lovely memories. Jen also brought through my Son (who I had not mentioned) and detailed things so personal, which only his parents would know. The reading gave me so much love. I'm blown away by Jen Misfits 💛💛💛

I had a reading with Jen and she was amazing. Really accurate with height, years, timings and names even though I am not from Britain and the names are not English origin. Told me also things that she could not know anyhow from anywhere. 🫶🏼 I will be getting a reading again from her and I 100% recommend.

I had an amazing reading with Dan yesterday, I have been following "Misfit Mediums" on TikTok for months, I watch their lives and follow them on their page. My beautiful Mum passed away in August last year, so I have been really struggling and having a reading with Jen, then Dan has helped me so much, it has given me so much comfort to know that my Mum & Dad are still around me. Dan is so friendly, he was so kind and full of empathy throughout my reading, I felt so at ease with him. I was so happy that I got my Mum & Dad at my reading, there was loads of evidence that they are still around me, he spoke about things that only my Mum & Dad would know, it was absolutely amazing. I booked a reading with Jen. However, an hour before this reading was cancelled due to "ill health". I've tried contacting the misfits on numerous occasions for a refund - no response! After coming here to leave my review, and reading some of the others - it seems Jen is always ill. I understand you can't predict an illness, however it seems to be the same excuse over and over so just be very careful. You will not get your money back.

I have felt such peace in my heart since Jen brought my 7 year old granddaughter through. The reading was so accurate. Jen you will never know the comfort it brought me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. X

I had a reading with Dan this morning. Wow….just wow.
Everything Dan said was so accurate, there is no possibility that he could have found out the information he relayed to me.
It’s given me so much comfort following my husbands passing, so thank you Dan

I booked a reading through their website with Jen. On the day of the reading, an hour before it was supposed to take place, I received an email stating it had to be cancelled due to medical reasons- which is understandable. However from there, things went down hill. I emailed them several times to reschedule my appointment in which I was getting no responses. When they did respond, it was to say that due to unforseen circumstances there is a delay in rescheduling. No further attempts were made to reschedule. I’ve emailed a couple more times, asking for a refund as I got fed up chasing the, to reschedule and started to feel that this was a scam and finally got a response on the 15th of December (Reading was booked on 25th November) and the response was really nasty, making it out like I was a terrible person for asking to reschedule and they were not willing to issue my refund even though they cancelled the appointment in the first place and never attempted to give me a reschedule date almost a month later…

Even though stating under the consumer rights act 2015 I’m fully entitled to a refund as requested, they state that in their terms and conditions no refunds will be given (Even though this is classed as an unfair condition) and that ‘life happens’ so they are automatically entitled to keep y money whether I get a reading or not . They were so quick to throw nasty comments rather than rectify the situation and restore faith in their “business” I honestly wished I was able to reschedule and proceed with this but now I have lost all faith and just wish to receive my money back for a service I have not received. I’m utterly upset with the whole experience as I booked this in hope of some closure and instead have had nothing but stress and anxiety.

And during this time, they have been on TikTok live giving out mini reads and tarot reads. I’m not the only person to experience this as shown in these reviews. I wish I read the reviews before I booked.

I’m writing this as I’m not the first and won’t be the last that these people do this to. Please don’t waste your time and money, it’s not worth it. It’s been an absolutely awful experience and has left me devastated. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night.

Jen gave me a mini read on Tik tok live and brought through my Grandad and Ong was she accurate beside me being a absolute mess and in tears everything was correct beside age of passing I will definitely take on board the messages my Grandad said to me and will definitely book a full reading
